Staff is always iffy. You never know if the service is going to be good or bad. I am fairly certain half the staff is stoned, not only their appearance, mannerisms but the way the food itself is created. Please, don't be fooled by the "homemade" ice cream sign. Apparently, only the dips of ice cream are actually made by the staff. So that means your shakes, malts, sundaes, spiked milkshakes, etc are made with store bought ice cream. I actually saw them carry this giant brown carton from the back! If you'll notice the homemade ice cream is in plastic white containers. I was so upset to find this out. The "amazing" ice cream isn't any more special than any other restaurant's ice cream. Oh, and let's not forget how soft the store bought ice cream is! If you want to get the nirvana, you might as well be asking for milk with a bunch of toppings on it. I have heard so many complaints about the burgers begin either over cooked or under cooked. I have tried eating there several times and there's always a mishap. I don't understand why I was told the burgers are great. They have very little fat content which means less flavor and easy to dry out and they don't add enough extra flavor to compensate for it. I'm sorry but I'm not eating a hamburger to be healthy so put some fat into it. The prices for food are a little high, I've seen worse, though. If you like to have a drink with friends, go somewhere else. You'll spend too much, waste too much time trying to get a descent sized drink there. I guess, they are going after the girlie drink crowd? I have given up on these place. It's too pricey for the cheap food they try to pass off as good and you have to wait to long for anything. I'll be happy when they close so something worthwhile can replace it.
