Aspen Dental

I went in to have some work done and not only does it take an hour to get to see the dentist (even when you show up 15 minutes early) but the girls at the front desk are rude and openly mock customers and say how they don't care about patients. Dr. Lee is probably the dentist there most often and she is completly incompetent and annoying. She walks in without introducing herself and starts talking away about who knows what beacause it is impossible to understand her and if you have any questions about what she is doing she just walks out. I had several appointments cancelled once I was already waiting in the office for an hour. They don't have the common sense or curtussy to call ahead of time. So I had to make bi weekly trips for more than a month to get a simple crown done. I have never seen a place where every member of the office is rude and treats patients with such disrespect. If at all possible I would stay away from this place.

I am a business person who will never go here again. Please be careful where you go, if something doesn't seem right, Get a second opinion.

I never had a cavity in my whole life. I went in for a routine check up. They told me I had to get two root canals and had 4 cavities and a gum disease, that would need antibiotics injected in my gums... The cost $3000 .



I left went to a real Dentist and he told me I did not have anything they said. I did, however have 2 small cavities. Now I was not in pain so this is one of the reasons I didnt believe Aspen. I did not need root canals, or anything else. It just made me very careful, Buyer BeWare!

Ellenville, NY doesn't exist yet. They want to send you over an hour away, but the best part is you can't get in, till the next day! What happened to Emergency Visit?

Never seen such a sales pitch at a dentist office. They have you sit with a business person and try to get you to sign a paper with cancer screening etc that is not covered by insurance. Like buying a used car. I won't go back.

Aspen dental is HORRIBLE!! They do shoddy work, don't fix mistakes and then they chase you for money for the rest of your life. They put caps on my teeth and on one they left a deep scratch on the enamel. The tooth is right in front! They never fixed it so I refused to pay for that tooth. They listed me with a collection agency and then on my credit report! I'm not paying $300 for something they didn't do right! AVOID ASPEN DENTAL!!

I would not recommend Aspen Dental located in Elmira, NY. The office staff is unprofessional and the dental services unsatisfactory.

I got a crown done there and I have had nothing but problems. They are very nice though. But I would not go back.

I hate going to the dentist, But here it didn't make me feel like I was at a dential office.

I WAS UNHAPPY- BUT THATS MY EXPERIENCE,

I went to "ALLCARE" and "ASPEN" both a mile apart..."ALLCARE was pushy like "used-car salespeople."

ASPEN did what I wanted done. I just wanted 5 teeth pulled and wanted to wait to get the dentures...they said "OK." Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I am a big baby and chicken when it comes to denist. They where wonderful and the price is reasonable. The dentist that pulled my teeth was Philip Kantor...He was very good, no pain and quick...If ya have to go to the dentist go here!!!

The dental facility is like being in a hair salon, I like privacy when it comes to dental care. I don't want to be bleeding or spitting for everyone to see. Also please know you dental benefits me and my family had alot of work done there and every visit it was a different amount we were told. To the point we ended up having over pd and refunded over $500, and that amount was returned only thru harassment.
