I arranged to have my car moved from San Francisco California to Maine. Booked my deal with Richard at Andrew. I started freaking out after two days had gone by with no word on a truck for my car, then on the third day I got a call from Richard telling me it would be picked up the next day. On the day of pickup the call three hours ahead to make sure the car would be ready for pickup. They showed up as promised driver put my car on the truck very carefully. 8 days later my dad called saying he received the car in perfect condition and everything worked out as planned.

After being led astray by 2 different brokers I finally found Taveus at Andrew Auto Transport. By the time I finished speaking with him I had a much clearer understanding of how my car would be shipped. No Haggle. No car salesman approach. JUST HONESTY. Taveus was the only one who took the time to educate me on the process. Had the first company I dealt with conducted business like this it would've saved me the headache and $$$.

There are a million transport companies and I spoke to many of them trying to transport my car from Houston to NY. I chose AAT because Richard Alvarez was willing to work with me on my concerns and kept on top of the transport at all stages. Even with a pick up hiccup, I would still recommend this company to safely transport your vehicle safely, honestly, for a good price and on time.

Richard and Andrew auto transport are awesome!! signed up on 3/19/13 to have my car shipped from Arkansas to Virginia beach it was picked up on 3/20/13 and delivered on 3/21/13 that's what I call service. I can't believe how fast my car was delivered. I'm so happy with how Richard handled everything and I just like to say thank you!!!

After waiting 3 weeks with some other guys who had given me a great initial quote only to have them tell me it would be more, I decided to cancel with them and hired Andrew transport. Andrews original quote was the price that the other guy ended up trying to raise his price to..which I found to be shady!

So I ended up calling Richard and he got my car picked up in two days of me booking. only wish I had hired Andrew transport sooner.

I had a very strange situation. I was buying a new car on e-bay. I paid the transport deposit before the deal went through. I signed the confirmation they send and at the last minute I lost the car. Andrew Auto could have easily kept my money based on our agreement but they did not. I repeat, Brian and Richard Refunded my money even though I took their time and cancelled early. I know for a fact most of the other people I've shipped with in the past would not refund me. I'm a loyal client from here on out.

I live in Minnesota, I hired another broker first who failed to move my car, she never took a deposit but she also never moved the car. I filled out a quote form, Andrew Auto Transport was the 2nd lowest quote i received so I was skeptical. After speaking with Brian, he assured me the job would get done. All he asked in return for good service was that I leave a review and refer to my friends. I made my deposit and two days later the car was picked up. I was always able to reach Brian. I am very happy and would use the service again.

I ended up having to cancel my order before the time allowed and they still refunded my money. Most companies would probably not have done that. Thank you guys. Highly recommending Andrew Auto

Brian was amazing, I moved and had a terrible experience with the movers but not with the car, it took a little trust with all the phone calls I had received from a quote request but I believe I made the right decision. He explained the situation to me and then handled business. I didn't bother him too often and when it came time for my car to be picked up it was:) dropped off on time too with not a scratch on it. I promised if he got me the exact price he quoted me i'd write him a good review lol so here it is. I definitely recommend.

Each step of how things happen and what he does to make the vehicle available to drivers was put into words that were easy to understand. And he will contact you anytime,almost immediately to answer any questions. I am talking like close to midnight to answer something I had wanted to know. Being a military combat veteran the overall services were Outstanding. My son USAF stationed in New Mexico had a mazda 626 that had to be delivered to New Orleans. We also had to change the pick up date twice because of military obligations. Mr. Brian handled it without any problems to report. These Guys Are top notch!! the night before delivery I called Alvarez At 2 o'clock in the morning! to find out whether my car was on time and where it was at the moment, he got back to me in less than 2 minutes with the Info also told me I would be paying $25 less then the original price we agreed on at delivery, Now that's how I like to do business

(note the price was already at least 80 bucks cheaper then all of the other guy's prices)

I spoke to Richard a rep at Andrew auto transport and he was so helpful from the start he explained how the process works and what I should expect. after I shopped around for a couple of days trying to feel out prices to get the best deal, I decided to go with Andrew auto because they gave me the best information about transporting cars the fact that they have a podcast on their site was super convenient and informative. Richard was able to work around my budget he even let me make an offer and we settled on a fair price. six days later my car was delivered.

Let's face it, when it comes to shipping cars there are a TON of scam artists out there. They will promise you the world for less than the next guy and inevitablly SOMETHING comes up and you pay more and get less services than promised. BRIAN AND AAT ARE NOT THAT COMPANY!!!!



These guys are as professional as they come! They will produce what they promise and go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. I have dealt with a lot of companies over the years when it comes to shipping vehicles and I no longer need to look any further. These guys do AS THEY SAY AND THEN SOME!
