Henry was a very good communicator. He was quick to respond to e-mails, answered all my questions, and explained the process thoroughly. In addition, it was the cheapest estimate I could find on the internet. Very pleased!

June was excellent in finding a transport for my car. She was patient with me, as this was the first time I have transported a vehicle. She found a transporter quickly and at the price quoted. I would want June to help me again the next time I transport a vehicle. Without reservation I would recommend using her. The driver of the transport was very professional, great communication all along the way.

Renee was great and she was the reason I picked Andrews over the other offers that I received. She answered any questions and concerns that I had and made the process very easy. As a side note I really liked the video explaining everything and how the process worked. For these reasons I chose Andrews even though I did have some lower offers.

This is the first time I've transported a vehicle. I actually selected Andrew Auto Transport based on reviews and BB, but was a bit apprehensive as they were one of the lowest quotes I had received. (I had quotes from $550 to $1100) Mimi sent me the quote, and I worked with here throughout the process. I was happy when I called the main number (Mimi was out of the office that day), and was able to get phone numbers for four other people I could contact. I had two go arounds because of a mishap with the dealer. Both times, a carrier was found within three days of the post. Both times the carrier showed up as schedule. Both times, the price was as quoted. I had my vehicle delivered within three days, and that was over the Thanksgiving Holiday! Service was great! The carrier very friendly and did a great job. I'd recommend the company to anyone.

I felt the need to make this review since I looked at several companies and options to get my car to me asap. While researching, I also looked at many reviews. I am a car collector and look at cars differently than most. Years ago I tried to use a different transport service and it didn't work. With that in mind I was a bit nervous trying to find someone to move this vehicle. My vehicle this time was an odd request as it was longer than the average car. Richard made it happen and the price was lower than I realistically expected to pay. My car arrived quicker than I expected it to. Driver was great to work with and the car was delivered in great condition. I will use Richard at Andrew Auto transport again. A++++

This was my first time ever shipping a vehicle. I talked to two companies one which was Andrews Auto. They were very hesitant to explain the process to me and referred me to a video on their website. A long story short, i placed a 169.00 deposit down and decided to go with another company. I lost my 169.00 because I "broke" the contract. This was 7 hrs later, they did nothing to keep my deposit. Then the owner was very non business like. I will never get my deposit back but I will do my part to inform others to be careful when using them to not sign anything until you are sure you want to use them. They will tell you they have a personal driver they use that makes you feel comfortable but apparently once you esign that contract they get your money. I wish I could do that 100 times a month, I would be a wealthy businessman. 169.00x's100.00? Not bad! Be careful

Being my first time move a vehicle across different states, I was a bit hesitant. I looked up for many similar businesses before deciding to choose this company. In the end, I got my safely delivered car and on time. Thanks and I will use you again if an opportunity presents its self.

Andrew Auto Transport has done it again and I’m all the more pleased. The first time I contacted this company was like 4 months ago. I did not contact them again until recently when I needed my SUV moved from California to Florida. They did it within 3 days exceeding my expectation, which was quite commendable.
