I called BRIAN at ANDREW AUTO TRANSPORT. I called him Andrew the entire time before I realized his name was BRIAN but anyway! I shipped a car once before and didn't enjoy the process. This time was much different! First he sent me a video that explained everything. Then i gave some basic info and a down payment and got started. Within 48 hours I had a driver assigned to my job. At the exact quoted price!! The car was picked up and delivered on time. THANK YOU BRIAN

I gave Andrew auto transport a 2 week window for pickup. Despite acknowledging that the route was unusual/rare, and that it might take awhile to find a bid, they did not post about pickup until the end of the pickup window. I was forced to take the first bid that came up, to receive my vehicle only a day after I needed it. This bid was $509 over the original estimate.

Brian guide me through the whole of process of requesting for a quote all the way to the delivery of my car. They were very professional, organized and showed concerned when I told them I want to move a vehicle from state to the other. Thank you Andrew Auto and I'll will surely use you people again.

I contacted Andrew Auto Transport recently to help complete a move from Alaska to Missouri. I got a favorable quote by booking online and made sure I was pretty aware of all the charges that was needed to get the job done. I was an estimated wait time of 4 days and my car would be delivered safely to my compound. 4 days later after the pick up date my car did arrive as I was told. The vehicle was in good order and no problem whatsoever. Thank you very much Andrew Auto and will use you always

I was contacted by Andrews Transport after placing my truck for pickup on USHIP. The email sounded great, the video was great, but the actual customer service is in desperate need of help.

I was contacted by Brian with a quote and called him to schedule everything on Wednesday for pickup on Friday or later. The following Monday I call him and he is VERY rude and doesn't have any updates for me, on Tuesday I call another company that is available, and had my truck picked up and delivered in 4 days ( Texas to Miami, Fl ) 2 full weeks and 5 emails later, I am STILL waiting for the refund of "deposit"

Don't be fooled by the video and supposed knowledge!

I ferried a huge SUV from LA to FL. Apparently, Andrew Auto Transport is a broker, and will allocate your shipment to a different reliable carrier to complete the move on their behalf. In my case, I never experienced any issues or problems with this arrangement. Communication was perfect on both sides during the cross-country trip. I received e-mails from dispatch a day before the pickup. I also received another call from them on the scheduled day of pickup as well as from the driver who was tasked with making sure that my consignment arrived on time. 17 hours late, my truckload arrived undamaged and in perfect condition. Cleared the remaining balance and carried on with my businesses. Overall, this was a great shipping experience for me.

We have close to 5 cars in our drive way and right before we shifted to Coral Way SW, we really wondered which services could we have used to get our 5 cars shipped to the new location. I remember asking one of my friends about Andrew auto shipping service, and her responses were positive. So I decided to give them a call and that's how I ended up choosing them to take care of my transportation needs. They were affordable, reliable and professional in every way. I received 199 emails from everyone claiming everything but ANDREW AUTO transport stuck out. I could tell by their website and emails and just the real person interaction that they were good and cared about what they do. I was very impressed with my rep Brian, he took care of me all the way through and even called my driver the day of delivery and got him to bring the car a block away from my house! This is the company to choose if you want to deal with good people who are honest.

Excellent service and a great friendly staff. I found them on transport reviews and loved what people had to say. I shipped my sons car home from college and will use Andrew agin in fall. Kudos

This is by far the best experience I had shipping my vehicle. I am a consultant and ship my car at least once a year if not more. Most times the service I get is terrible. NOT with ANDREW AUTO TRANSPORT! Brian took my call at 10pm last night to confirm the drivers name and number! Most places would have been closed and I would have been wondering if I gave my car to the right person. Don't waste your time with the online quote forms go straight to these guys!

We used Andrew to have our car transported from Oregon to Wilmington NC it was either ship it or sell it... as there was no way we were going to drive that distance at our age. price was a big reason why we decided to use this company but not the only reason. I had a lot of questions as we had never done this before, I called and spoke to Richard many, many times before we signed on.. he always was very polite and never seemed frustrated by my many questions. Once we finally booked our car to be shipped we received the call from Lilly, who informed us that a driver was assigned to our car and would be picking up in two days. The driver called about 30 hours ahead of pickup and 4 hours before he showed up at our agreed location. Richard kept us informed through the whole thing and Andrew's price was right on target and we are pleased we didn't need to sell our car.

I've used this company twice now. Amazing service, around the clock attention and the best part is they tell me who the driver is going to be ahead of time each year. I referred them to 3 different residents at my condo association and all 3 got back to me this year and said great things. Really good company, very nice people. transported my car from Delaware to Las Vegas and it only cost me $650. the driver they assigned for my transport was a sweetheart and very funny. at first I was nervous as I have never even let someone use my car before, but Richard made the whole thing easy. 5 stars across the board.

Can I just say this company puts all the others at the bottom! This process is not easy, but when Andrew Auto contacted me all my worries were put to rest! Thank you for being professional, educational, and speedy!

Bottom Line I've done this before, 3 other times. Every other time all the companies did was sell me sell me sell me and tell me tell me tell me. Eventually they would deliver but only after me calling and calling. So I was refreshed to get prompt service, actual customer service and a real person on the line. They told me the price, they were firm and I accepted the offer thinking it could take a week. the car was picked up the next day and delivered in 3 to Tampa/St. Pete. Brian was good and answered the phone when I called 9 out of 10 times. Good work!

Completely reliable, none of the issues I've read about with many other company's, staff was pleasant to deal with and my jeep made it home safe and sound.
