These folks are scam artist the only way you can contact them as soon mail or text there's no physical address they bounced phone numbers all around from Texas to Miami to Gainesville Florida stay away at all cost

Being a first time shipper can be a very daunting process. I put my phone number and email into a website and received hundreds of phone calls, emails and text messages. I had brokers calling me left and right, even after I requested that they only email me. Out of every company that contacted me, Andrew Auto Transport is the only company that did not bombard me with calls. I was so grateful to get a hold of Gabby. When I got off of the phone with her, I felt as though I could not be in better hands. She explained the process to me so clearly and so simply, I knew that I chose the right company. Everything from start to finish was perfect and I know I would not have received better service elsewhere. I definitely recommend Andrew Auto and Gabby to anyone who wants to ship a vehicle.

Please be careful when using this company. This industry bomards you with solicitations. They have you sign an agreement right away that states if you use another company you forfeit your deposit. It is confusing if you are not use to this business. Long story short. I lost 169.00 in less than 12 hours by cancelling my agreement which is voided if you chose another company....This is the only time I have ever tried to ship a vehicle and was only going 400 miles... The right thing to do would have been to charge me the processing fees of 20.00 if they are at fault which is still not a good practice but I could live with that.....

Do yourself a favor and call these guys first to cut out all the hassle from all the other brokers. Great experience. I'm pron to be a little anxious and June was really great a keeping me calm...this was our 1st vehicle transport and we will call June on next transport. Thanks Guys for a Great Job!

I was nervous about my move from Pennsylvania to California and I wanted to find a reliable transport company to move my vehicle. I was lucky enough to find Andrew Auto Transport! Shortly after contacting them, I received an email from my broker June. She walked me through the entire process and gave me a reasonable quote. June was very knowledgeable and professional, she made me feel at ease shipping my vehicle across the country. She was very responsive, answered all of my questions, and recommended a helpful video that further explained the process. Also, The driver selected showed up on time and his truck was well maintained. I would definitely recommend this company and June to anyone looking for professional, honest, and timely service!

I needed my SUV transported from NYC to Florida I went with Andrew auto transport the price was great and Renee was very knowledgeable and explained the process in detail. We stayed in constant contact via email and she answered my calls didn't matter the time. My SUV was picked up on the day we booked it for and made it to Florida on the day she told me it would. She followed up with me and made sure I had a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Andrew auto transport to anyone who is nervous about shipping their vehicle. So, this was my first experience transporting a vehicle across the country. I found initial quotes that were over $1000, so I was about to give up. Then, I requested a quote through a website and had 30 emails and 20 calls by the next morning. The quotes ranged from $675 to over $1200. Every broker I spoke with told me not to trust the cheapest quote. I was told they would bait-and-switch me. I didn't know who to trust and was about to give up. Then, I saw the email from Keith at Andrew Auto Transport.

I reviewed the video on Andrew Auto Transport's website and the business of transporting a vehicle suddenly all made sense. So, I decided to do a little more research on Andrew Auto Transport. I also asked Keith a lot of questions. He would email me back immediately, sometimes late at night, sometimes first thing in the morning. Andrew Auto Transport was one of the cheapest quotes I received, but I finally decided to go with them. I was still a little uncertain if they could ship for the promised quote. Keith called me after hours, from his kid's soccer practice, to answer my last minute questions. The very next morning (before I was awake), Keith sent me a text message with an offer. It was actually a couple of dollars less than he quoted me! I accepted the offer and a few hours later, my vehicle was on a truck and on it's way to Indiana.

I used Andrew auto transport to ship my car from Connecticut to Georgia. I was happy to have my car picked up on the day it is available and delivered to Georgia in three days as promised. Brian picks up his phone every time I call and addresses all of my questions and concerns.

Keith promised me that the company I was shipping with was a great company. He was exactly right. They picked up at the exact time they promised. They called a few days before delivery with the date and time of delivery. They were exactly on time with the delivery. There was no damage to the vehicle. Both Keith and the auto transport company are A+ in my book. I would trust them to ship another vehicle. I highly recommend them if you want no hassles, and honest and fair price, and on-time pickup/delivery.

Richard did an awesome job. I really didn't have a lot of time to work with, But he was able to have my car picked up in just two days and delivered in 6. the price was exactly what he quoted me and communication was all via email as I requested. I will be using Richard again when my contract is up in six months.

I had a very good experience with Andrew's Auto Transport. I originally used a website to locate a carrier. I was immediately flooded with automated emails, phone calls and text messages for their services. This went on for several weeks. I got one email from Mimi at Andrew's that wasn't sales-y at all. I was pleased after several days that they didn't continue to automate spam at me.
