I ran over something on the highway that flattened my tire. I needed a new tire, a check of the undercarriage to make sure no other damage had occurred, an oil change and a tire rotation. Jess helped me get checked into service and contacted me with an estimate of the charges.

I have always had a wonderful experience with the dealership and the service department. When I first bought the car, the finance department worked hard to find a company that would finance me at the monthly fee that I could afford and was within my budget. The service department has always been wonderful, kind, and considerate. The work has always been exceptional and everything has always been explained to me. If other problems found, an explanation as to why the work needed to be done and how soon it needed to be done. Some could wait until the next time I bring it in. No pushiness was every done. I rate this service department the best I have ever been to, with any car or company. Wonderful. Keep up the good work.
