Didn't have an appointment for my oil change "The Works" but got right in and was out within the hour.

I called in shortly after 5pm on a Friday and they told me they could still fit me in for an oil change. I was in by 5:10 and I was finished and out of the shop before 6. Fast, friendly, efficient service every time.

Keith was very professional and made the sales process enjoyable

Whenever I'm at Rob Sight Ford there's always a friendly / family feel to the service department and I am always made to feel included as one of the family! Appreciate the purposeful greeting that Bobby Sight gives when he does see me (even thanked me for "coming in today..." SO glad that God led me to purchase our vehicle at Rob Sight and look forward to any reason to come in.

I sent an inquiry on Friday night about a car I liked, someone emailed right away to let me know they would be in touch soon. Received a call on Saturday Morning, worked on financing over the phone, I did housework, ran errand and kept busy that day. And found out later that same day that we had financing. Went in Monday and signed the papers and drove home with my new car. And as a bonus they were able to get us a good loan and not with a second chance lender. "Well oiled service!"
