Erik Davidson at Rob Sight Ford has been spectacular to work with! I saw him in October for a major part repair and felt that he was very trustworthy and easy to talk to. I then had a knocking noise in the front of my car that I needed looked at. I took it to a mechanic, just because it was closer to my house, and was misdiagnosed, paying $170 for something that did not even need to be fixed. I then decided that I just needed to take my car to Erik, which I should have done in the first place! It was something as simple as needing caliper clips, which they added, and after such a small bill and small amount of time having to wait, we were on our way! From now on, I will only take my car to Erik at Rob Sight! Thanks so much for the fantastic service! Very trusting of Erik and his knowledge and customer service are excellent! Keep up the great work, Erik! You really make a difference there!

I can't thank everyone enough at Rob Sight Ford for making my experience at acquiring my F-150 FX4 truck the best ever. My story begins almost 3 months ago when I was at the KC Auto Show. I was trying to decide between a RAM 1500 and the F-150. I was in the big Ford Display looking at a black F-150 and decided to ask the 1st salesman I could find to ask him some questions. As we were discussing trucks, I just happened to notice the name tag, and I had no idea I was talking to Bobby Sight of the Sight family. He was so patient with me answering all my questions that day and throughout the last 3 months until I finally decided the F-150 was for me. I have dealt with all the big KC dealerships in my 37 years of buying cars and trucks and I must say that dealing with Robby and this dealership has been the easiest experience ever. I am spreading the word to all my friends and relatives who are the least bit interest in any new Ford, to go to Rob Sight Ford and ask for Bobby. I intend to always to deal with this dealership for many years to come. Thank you Bobby for all your time and effort in acquiring my new F-150.
