I was in for service for a hose replacement and a software issue with the trailer/ towing module. The service was performed in a timely manner and Jess kept me advised of the issues and the solutions.
Eric is a great asset to your service team. It's amazing that he knows my name even when I haven't been in for 2 months. All the team is good but I think Eric is exceptional. He recommends service that needs to be done but does not try to talk me into things that can wait. He informs me so I can make the best decision for me and my auto. That is why I won't go anywhere else for service or to purchase a car. My mom bought hers there some time ago from Michelle based on my recommendation and uses Eric for service too.
