This is a very professional company. Not only did they repair the damaged bumper, but they did it with care and concern as if it was their own. They did everything in a timely and friendly manner.

The environment is very inviting as well as all the staff. They were all so friendly making my experience a great one. My car looks better then before. If I ever need this type of service again I will definitely go to them first.

My parked vehicle was hit recently and the damage was extensive. Geico sent me to Francis Collision Centre I'm glad they did. They took care of my rental car for me and kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my repairs. When I picked it up I couldn't believe how good it looked and that they fixed all that damage perfectly! Many thanks to Francis Collision Centre!

Had a great experience at Francis Collision Centre. My car that was heavily damaged was fixed quickly and looked like new when I picked it up. The staff was very nice to me and took care of my rental car as well. Overall, it was hassle free and give them a five-star rating.

After an accident, I brought my car here, and over 8 days later, they did not complete repairs (minor body damage they said) so I brought it back. They returned it to me and it is still not fixed. We took it on a 7 hour trip to vegas with my three children in the car thinking everything was okay... but it was far from ok. It was not only driving horrible but the lights were put back together wrong, the siding was peeling off due to wrong placement........we took it back with a list of things wrong with it. They said they would order parts, come back in two days. I came back and they said, "let us drive you home...across town...IN YOUR OWN CAR, and bring it back to you when we are done. I assumed they didn't want my 3 kids in their office for several hours. When the mechanic gets in the car to drive us home....he barley pulls it out of the parking lot and he says he can feel the bearing humming. They finally bring it back around 5 p.m. and it is still messed up and the guy says he will have them call me. I haven't heard anything and it is almost 2:00 the next day. So I called them. I called them finally and they said oops. They told me to bring it back in. I live across town and that is not acceptable cause it is a waste of my money for gas. He said he can come pick it up....duh....waste more of my gas??? NO You should cut me a check for the multiple trips!!!! So the next day, I brought it back in. This would be my 7th 15 mile trip to the business. @ $3.25 a gallon, that is $32.31 in gas that I have spent for them to waste my time and ruin my vehicle. While I was there with my 3 kids, one of the mechanics cat called (whistled) at me. I complained and they said he was calling a different mechanic yet when I heard the whistle, I turned around and saw him staring at me. I know the difference between a cat call and a whistle trying to get someones attention. I complained to the Geico chick that was there helping me from day one and she went and talked to Mike about the gas money. He put a rolled up $10 in my cup holder and assured me that nothing bad would have happened if the ball bearing was left unnoticed. One of the main issues was the wheel ball bearing which could have killed me and my family on our road trip. They freely released the vehicle without test driving it, because you could hear it, it was extremely loud. I asked when they didn't feel the vibration and he told me since he does not want people to think he is joyriding in their vehicles, he does not take them over 50 mph......what???? Seriously???? The mechanic felt it at 20 mph..... I spent over a day on the computer researching how peoples tires have fallen off, causing major accidents on the high way....since I drove my family 7 hours away on a trip with a bad bearing, I was terrified that they allowed this to happen and that Mike told me nothing would happen. How are you a mechanic and you don]t know that my tire could have fallen off????? Are you just lying to me to try to make me feel better? Because I know what would have happened. This is my 4th experience with Francis + GEICO combo. Until this time never had a problem. Here is what I have encountered:



1. Terrible customer service. All the persons that have called, let me know with their inflection that calling is a chore. They say they will call every day to give me an update and I really only got updates 75% of the time. The other 25% I had to call only to be answered that they weren't sure and it took, on average, 3 hours to get a return call.



2. My car had to be re-painted due to matching error on Francis part. Had to go back 2x for them to see the problem. The 2nd time, Mike & the paint manager both immediately saw the issue. Round two for paint and it now matches.



3. On the 2nd go around for the paint fix, I got zero updates. I called on the day it was supposed to be done and was told its ready - at 5pm - they close at 5:15.



4. Go to pick it up and they are washing it - delay.



5. They LOST MY RENTAL. Got a call from Enterprise that they haven't gotten it back. upon calling Francis, they have keys to a Ford Explorer but not the Jeep Cherokee that I had. I left it on Thurs, May 14 and today is Monday, May 18. Its been an hour and I have not gotten my promised call back.



I don't know if they are under some new management or shift of some kind. But the Francis Collision of today is not the Francis Collision of last year or the year before. Like I said, we have gone there for a recovered, stolen car, new fender on a new car, new door/paint match on a 10 yr old car...Always had great customer service, great updates, work was done beautifully. This time, they suck.

After my car accident, State Farm recommended I go to Francis Collision Centre. I am so glad I did! They were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. My car was fixed quickly and the repairs are great! You can't even tell my car had been in an accident. Thanks so much for the great work! Oh, and I got a free T-shirt too! :)

I highly recommend Francis Collision Centre after having my vehicle fixed there earlier this year. After seeing the horrible time my neighbor had with another collision shop, I felt I needed to tell others of the great service I received from Francis Collision Centre. The staff made everything so easy, and it definitely made the whole experience much easier than I expected. The repairs were made quickly and the quality is first-class. I even received a thank you gift when I picked up my vehicle. Great service and a heart-felt thank you was not what I was expecting from a collision shop but Francis Collision Centre far exceeded my expectations.
