Francis Collision Center

This was my first experience with a collision center. And I hope it is my last. Not because of the collision center's work because they were very professional and the work was done two days sooner than expected and it was done with great expertise. I highly recommend this place.

My front end was crushed and I took it in for repair. It was going to take a few weeks before I could bring it in. I was given a pick up date, but I had to wait 4 more days. It was worth the wait. I was impressed how good the repairs were and I haven’t had to take it back in. Staff there are very nice and professional. Would take any of my cars there for repairs.

We were rear ended about a month ago. I called my insurance and when they asked which collision place to take my car, I immediately said Francis Collision. We have heard of them before through family, and they were pleased with their work as well. We are soo happy we decided to go to them as well. The team is wonderful, and great communication. I always received text updates about the status of my car, and i even got to pick it up way before the estimated date. So happy with their work, very professional and again the team is amazing. Thank you Francis Collision Centre!!!

Was referred over for my company’s van. They were quick and made everything simple! Ladies in the front were very nice and patient even though they were very busy!

They did a great job on repairing my back of my car

They have always been able to match the paint to my car looking almost as new. You would never think my car had damage, they do such an amazing job. I have recommended friends here and encourage you to give them a chance, you will not be dissappointed.

I am truly impressed with the Francis Collision Centre team. In less than 30 minutes from my arrival, I was on my way home with a quote in my hand! Since they have a partnership with Geico, I hardly had to do anything except show up with the car and hand them my keys. They even gave me a ride home which I truly appreciated since I'm new to town. In less than two weeks my car was fixed! They picked me up from my house, showed me my car and I was blown away! It was as if I never collided with that parking pole; my car looked brand new! It feels amazing driving my car around town and no longer being embarrassed!

I've used Francis Collision Centre in the past and would never go anywhere else. Juanita went above and beyond helping me with insurance and a rental vehicle. Drew and Mario were so kind and helpful. They have a great customer care team and the work was impeccable! My car looked brand new when it was finished.

I cannot stop saying how much I absolutely love Francis Collision Center and their team! Wonderful mechanics, cool as heck, ladies at front desk are super nice, helpful and personable. If I ever need repairs, I know I can trust/rely on them, and always will. They will treat your vehicle, like it was their own and if there is any issue after you receive your car back, they fix it quick. I called and was asked if I could bring it in at that exact moment, it was only a very minor, unimportant issue but they treated it with urgency and I simply love it. Thank you Francis!! And thank you for my shirt! That was awesome as well 🥰 the extent of damage done to my vehicle, I thought it would never see the road again, cosmetic was nothing, it was all under the car that was jacked.

Francis Collision did an amazing job on the repair on my Acura. Worked with Mike and he walked me through the process and kept me updated. The front office was friendly and helpful.

This was my second time bringing my vehicle for body work to Francis Collision and once again I was not disappointed, beautiful work and they communicated the entire process and were fast!

We've been going to them for years. Due to many careless drivers out there, we've been impacted, literally many times. That said, we've had a variety of services and care. I appreciate the reliability, efficiency, professionalism, and excellent communication. The workmanship is high quality and the owners & office staff are wonderful and down to earth people.

Good, car was excellent when finished. I do wish they had been strict about all employees wearing masks, especially when interacting with customers.

I’m going to try to make this post/review short & simple.. I am so glad that I came across Francis Collision Center during the time of getting side swiped by another vehicle. They excelled in customer service, they made me feel welcomed during the time I dropped my vehicle off and as well when I picked it up. They kept me updated on the time frame with my car being fully completed they also provided me with a shuttle to take me home. I can honestly say that this is the best decision I EVER made!!!! Will I go back? “ Of course” but not by any accidents, Will I recommend a family, friend, or anybody looking for great repairs, timely service, & very affordable? The answer is “I Most Definitely Would Refer anyone to Francis Collision Center.

My car was backed into in a parking lot and the insurance company sent me to Francis Collision Centre. I had an amazing experience with them. They were able to get my car in within a couple of hours and had it finished in 2 days. They had great customer service as well. Very happy with my overall experience!
