Great experience! the staff is so nice and the place is clean. They fixed my car super fast and problem free. Answered all my questions too. They called me every step of the way to let me know how everything was going. Highly recommend.

Amazing service as soon as you walk in the door. Our repair was done quick and very well. By car looks like nothing ever happened to it. I really like that they have the car rental center there as well. I don’t have to be going anywhere else for a rental.

They were very timely in the repair of my car and easy to work with! I was updated pretty much everyday on the status and they were so helpful to the point where when I came to get my personal belongings out, one of their associates carried a very heavy car battery out of the back of my car for me. The only problem I have now is thy did such a good job the front end of my car looks better than the back lol.

I have never seen a collision repair facility like Francis Collision Centre. Almost everyday they kept me updated on the status of my car. Every time the person called I was will inform and they are extremely nice. The staff at the facility are all extremely kind and very professional. This place is just AMAZING there is no other words to describe it. When I went to pick up my car Mario made sure I was completely satisfy with my car before I left their parking lot. Excellent People, Excellent Service, and Excellent Experience. I will for sure return to Francis Collision Centre in the future for any body works.

Their customer service is really great. The girls at the front desk are always so nice on the phone and in person. I needed my windshield replaced and they got me in and out very quickly. They even took care of my rental for me so I was able to pick up my car and not have to fuss with returning my rental. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone that has an accident

After driving my newer car for only 2 months it was hit in a parking lot....grr! Needed a new front bumper..picked Francis Collision Centre #1) their location; #2) the office staff was great in answering all my questions; #3) how well they communicated with me by texts and phone calls about the status of the work #4) the rental car experience, pick up and drop off at their facility and #5) When I needed to take it back for a very, very minor issue they took care of it promptly and treated me respectfully even tho it was like I said very minor! Highly recommend Francis Collision Centre!

Went in for an estimate, had it in minutes. Asked if the work could be done earlier than initially suggested. Answer was yes. Took the vehicle in, everything was done by early on the promised day. Everyone was friendly and professional. Extremely pleased with the service. Would recommend Francis to anyone.

Francis Collision Centre has been my go to place for more than 16 years. Every time I have had to have my vehicle fixed I have had nothing but excellent customer service from start to finish. They kept me informed of all repairs and if they had to do anything different then what was on the estimate. All my vehicles have been repaired in a timely manner,superior quality and craftsmanship. I appreciate how well they communicated with me. The repairs took a little longer than the original estimate, but they were very honest in their explanations. The delay wasn't their fault- the dealer initially sent the wrong parts. They worked with the insurance company so I didn't have to, and also returned my rental car for me when I was ready to pick up my van. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.
