They are very a very professional and helpful company. I was in a bind in my rental house on the weekend and I was able to get them out in the middle of the night to take care of the problem. I am glad that I called them. I haven't had any problems since.

I called Plumbing Rescue out to my house because we had a serious leak. A supervisor came out and told me that I had a leak in the slab. The supervisor gave me a written estimate and I approved and scheduled the work to be done. The plumber that came out to do the repair was very polite, professional and clean. He did not make a mess. The job was done very well and we haven't had any issues or problems since.Plumbing rescue will be the only plumber I call the next time I am have a plumbing problem

I can't say enough good things about our experience with this company. We called after 5 PM on Good Friday because of some kitchen plumbing issues we were dealing with. some one answered on the first ring they let me know when the Technician was going to arrive and then called again when the technician was on his way to our home. Our Service Technician was Dave. He was very professional and worked quickly to correct our problem. You can tell these guys are really good at what they do and care about doing things right. If you need a plumber in the Tampa area, give them a call. You won't be disapointed

I called Plumbing Rescue and talked to them about my sewer main problem they gave me the answers to all the questions I had. the Plumbers are always very courteous and professional. And most importantly of all, the plumbers do great work. I have used them in the past and will call them in the future. There are a lot of plumbers here in Tampa . But I choose to call these guys when I need a plumber.

Helpful, professional and polite! The technician was really able to answer my questions and give me tips on doing the work in the bathroom myself. We needed him to fix the pipe behind the wall, but I was able to do the rest on my own after he showed me how I could do it. He did not try to sell me on anything and went out of his way to be helpful. He cleaned up the area when he was done and was in and out all in one morning before I had to go to work. I have already referred a family member to them and will call them for any future work.

The price was most reasonable. The service A+. We really liked knowing the exact price before anything else since they don't charge by the hour. They took the time to go over everything with me before I made any decision on my faucet and were not pushy in any way. Even though their quote of $580 was to replace my faucet, he ran into an issue with the pipe coming up from the crawlspace, which was not his fault. But he got down there and fixed that too and there was no price change. He got everything done and had my water back on quickly, even with the extra work. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and would definitely recommend them to anyone

The crew was great, Chris does a great job running it. I found everyone to be very professional and hard workers as well.

The repairman was kind enough to explain the inspection as well as any repairs or maintenance to increase the performance. He made several suggestions about optimizing the unit but was never pushy that the repairs be done immediately. I was pleased with their work and would not hesitate to call them again!

One of the best companies I have had the pleasure of doing business with. They were on time, did a free plumbing check up and found a leak I had no clue I even had.. Would highly recommend this company to anyone that has a plumbing issue.

WOW!! I can't believe I didn't call Plumbing Rescue yesterday! Everything in my house was backed up. I even took the day off work, and guess what? My plumber didn't show up. I have used several plumbing companies for the past few years to address the same issue in my home that has been recurring time and time again. I finally decided to try someone new and called Plumbing Rescue. The service that I recieved from Drew,Irvin, and Tim was far superior than any service that I received from the other companies. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service.

They quoted a price and time on the phone; arrived on time, courteous and polite, cleaned up their mess, and charged less than the estimate, what more could you want. And they stand behind their work. they are the only ones I'll call in the future.

Plumbing Rescue is fantastic! They tell you what they are going to do, they do it, they finish the job and they keep you informed during the process. When they leave the job, the space is cleaner than when they arrived. I will always use them for any plumbing problems that i have in the future.

These guys are amazing. He explained what he was doing and what he couldn't do in simple enough terms for me, whose never done repairs before, to understand. He gave me estimates. He was utterly polite and exceedingly pleasant to be around. Double thumbs up! I'd give even more if I had more thumbs!

It's the most professional plumbing serice. Our technician, David, was extremely professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to use him anytime. Prompt and very professional and knowledgable. As the previous reviewer stated, they should be an example to all companirs in the way you should treat a customer.

i hired Plumbing Rescue as i was having major water main problems. I had 4 other companies come over and do estimates. The Technician from Plumbing Rescue was the only one of the 5 companies that i trusted from the first minute i met him. He didn't try to OVERSELL me and came across down to earth, just wanted to explain what had to be done and made it simple so i understood. He was reasonably priced as well. The job went exactly as planned, perfectly done. The 4 guys who worked on the job were professionals, very safety conscious and did a great job cleaning up and laying the cement afterwards. I can truly say i would recommend Plumbing Rescue to anyone who has sewer or water main problems. 5 stars! I've been thru hell with other contractors thru the years but this was a winning team!

Let me start by saying that I'll never again allow my "handy husband" to do a job reserved for service professionals. Somehow, we managed to completely destroy our entire toilet, which was left leaking overnight. Utterly defeated, we called Plumbing Rescue, and Brody was at our doorstep within the hour.



Not only was he professional and polite, he repaired everything that we'd completely destroyed - all with a smile! His estimate was almost exact, which was a relief after dealing with other companies who give an unrealistic estimate, only to upcharge later in the service. Brody even took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why, which was very impressive to me. Not only will we be using Plumbing Rescue again, we'll request Brody!
