I am not one to write online reviews, but felt compelled to do so after dealing with the fine folks at Plumbing Rescue. We had a small project, a 'whole house' water filter to be installed near our water in line, near the hot water heater in the garage. Prior to installation, I put a few bids out to other area plumbers, and really didn't get the feedback I was looking for, based on what the manufacturer told me to expect for installation costs on the unit. Plumbing Rescue seemed to be in line, and sent out an Operations Manager to scope our project. He was professional, timely and friendly. We agreed to do the deal and I am happy report the the Service Man who did the job shared similar qualities as the Operations Manager, moreover, the unit is working great and we are happy with the installation. So, Plumbing Rescue, highly recommended!

My most recent service was the free home inspection that comes with the membership. They were very friendly and professional. They fixed a small leak on my bathroom sink shut-off valve. My water heater is 13 years old, so we talked about different options for replacing it, particularly, replacing it with a tankless water heater. Sal knew a lot about the different products they offer. They are generally more expensive than other places, but so far I've had great service and quality work

Ronnie just finished doing a bunch of plumbing work in our house. Me and my husband both agree that he is an amazing plumber. He carefully explained what needed to be done and how it all works, yeah even I understood. He did an Excellent job and when he was done he went over everything he had done. When presenting our options he didn't try and push the most expensive options. He told us where it made sense to have something done now and where we could wait. I have already contacted the office to have him be our primary technician for future work. I can sum up our impression of Ronnie: He is a man of integrity!

Chris and I just wanted to express our appreciation for the work that representatives of your company did at our house. The team was headed by Brody, and his attentiveness, fairness, honesty, and straight talk was absolutely essential in solving our problems regarding our sewer connection, the pipes in this older home, and the water connection. We had problems that were of long standing, and he and his team solved them. The problems were of such magnitude that anyone else would have thrown up their hands and left, but not Brody, and not his team. They just kept at it, and have transformed a house that we were considering leaving to a home that we are finally comfortable in. The odors, the septic problems, the water and mold problems seemed insurmountable to us, but these guys are simply the best.

I have used Plumbing Rescue a few times in the past - as other reviewers have mentioned, they are not the cheapest, but in my opinion their high level of quality and peace of mind knowing the job is getting done right is worth it. We recently had a service call by Drew, who provided great customer service, was super thorough and professional.

Plumbing Rescue did a wonderful job at communicating what the problems were and how to get them resolved. Treated us with the ut-most respect and were extremely efficient at their job. They asked us if we needed any help with other problems while they were on site. Very happy.

Plumbing Rescue's tech was excellent. I was very happy with his attitude and he did great work. We hope to get him again if we have more jobs for him to do.

I have never met a more courteous, professional, prompt, friendly and reliable company in my life! High end plumbing issues? Plumbing Rescue handled mine flawlessly and I'm sure they'll do the same for you. I don't know anything about plumbing and when I had a major issue, Brandon and his team came through for me and put my mind at ease. His prices are so reasonable, i gladly would have even paid more, just for the peace of mind he gave me. You'd be foolish not to call them FIRST with your plumbing issues! I called up Plumbing Rescue in Tampa Fl in order to get my drained cleaned out. They were prompt, professional, and really nice guys. Highly knowledgeable and very skilled; fixed my problem for less than what the competitor was trying to charge me. I will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

I called Plumbing Rescue on a Monday for a main line water leak and spoke to Megan she was very kind on the phone and assured me she would have a plumber out to me in no time . He arrived at my home early the next morning. He fixed the water line and repaired the sidewalk by late afternoon completing the job as promised. My technicians name was Ron he was very professional and knowledgeable of the job. I would use this company again for another job. I went to the water company today so that I could get an adjustment on my water bill. Thanks so much!
