Best auto purchase I've had in my 48 years.

It took four days for someone to get back to us about the financing then we were there for 2 hours being to told to wait a minute. Then after telling everyone our payment preference it was way off. We finally reached agreement.

Only dealership that I have been to that honors their ads. I am a repeat customer, I have to drive from Pearland to your dealership and consider the drive well worth my time. Patrick was exceptional, all information, no hard sell. Finance was great too, you have a quality team.You are welcome to use these comments, but NOT my last name.

Your sales person Cameron Young was very helpful and very accommodating. I will ask my friends to look for him when they go to you dealership. We were a little surprised to learn that the vehicle we initially chose already had 1200+ miles in it! It looks like it has been test driven for quite a while. We finally settled on a car that has 1 mile odometer reading.

My wife and I were disappointed when we went to sign the contract. Prior to that, your floor manager gave us a 3.9% APR for 72 months because of our excellent credit score. He explained to me that with that score I could take it to any bank and I would get the best rate. The actual APR however was 4.99% and Mr. Juan Martinez in Finance explained that that's the way Ford Credit works. Whatever happened to the excellent credit score? - it looks like it was not a factor at all! It was a pleasant car-buying experience for us except for: 1) first choice car having 1200+ miles and the final 4.99% APR we got.Thank you and I would appreciate if you can somehow explain the higher APR to us and if the credit score has a bearing at all!
