Planet Ford 45

The Sales person Patrick was nice and a good sales person. But the trade in truck value was not what I am happy about. I have read the Kelly Blue book and the NADA of my truck trade in but Planet Ford does not see any value to it regardless as a customer they can fix it and sell it for a profit. So that is the unsatisfactory I received. Other than that Patrick did good and a good salesperson.

Clennon at sales was great. Finance was a bit frustrating as numbers did not seem to add up but we were able to work it out.

Very Easy and comfortable buying experience. I test drove and knew I wanted the truck within 30 minutes.Dawn was very communicative throughout the whole process and also checked with me a few times after the purchase. She's great.

The finance guy, Halib i think, was cool too. He was very friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. He gave me a good rate on the loan and didn't push too far.

Sergio was very professional and helpful. He was not in a hurry and was willing to answer all of my questions.
