Sono Bello UTC has an outstanding staff. Their pre and post procedure follow up is exemplary. I'm very pleased with my results so far (9 weeks), in fact I saw a difference the very next day. I'm back to my regular work out routine and working with my trainer. I couldn't be happier with the staff, the procedure and the results!

Though I'm still a ways off from my final results, so far I feel fantastic! I had my procedure on Saturday and was back to work on Monday. The staff was completely professional while also being very friendly. And being a nurse myself I'm very picky. I highly recommend Sono Bello for changing your life!

Great service and an amazingly quick turn-around. I went in for a consult on a Wednesday, they were able to fit me in that Friday! One week after my procedure, and I feel great. The entire staff was great, very professional, attentive, and experienced. I would definitely recommend Sono Bello.

Everyone from the receptionist, Clarissa, my initial consultation with Laura to the nursing staff that I interacted with, Amanda and Christine, and of course the excellent Dr. Park, are all very skilled, knowledgeable and experienced as well as helpful, friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to and warm . Their customer service is above and beyond anything I've encountered elsewhere and they all made the process very smooth and easy and I felt completely comfortable in their capable hands. The results so far are really amazing, I'm so pleased, and I know it will only get better as my procedures were very recent. Laura and the entire staff were wonderful! From the minute you walk in the door, you immediately felt comfortable and welcomed! The staff is very friendly, caring and professional. Dr Parks was awesome! He was very upfront and open about the procedure and what to expect during and after the process.



I am a week and a half after the process and feel great. Was only sore for about 2 days. After one week, I was at the gym (easing back into it) and have felt great since. I cannot wait to see the final results when all the swelling goes down.

I am also thrilled with the way Dr. Park eased my concerns and how he placed the surgical entry sites over existing stretch marks. This really helped my procedure appear invisible to the naked eye. I have always had a problem with my abdominal area and especially my hips. After having 2 children, those areas seem to have become my worst nightmare. I exercise regularly and have a fairly healthy diet, but those areas remained to be a problem. It always prevented me from wearing certain clothing, and for swimming, I would wear board shorts to camouflage my trouble areas, and a bikini top. I was never happy looking in the mirror and I would always grab onto the excess areas and say , "If I could just get rid of these things..." At 45, I decided it was time to do something about it. After extensive research, I decided on Sono Bello in San Diego. From my no-pressure consultation with Laura to my post procedure follow-up appointment, the staff at Sono Bello has been absolutely wonderful. The procedure itself was a breeze and my doctor, Dr. Chen, and nurse were incredible. I have never had a doctor call me in the evening (after a procedure) to make sure I'm doing OK. Not only did my doctor at Sono Bello call me, but I also received post procedure emails containing information on what to expect during that particular period of healing. Those emails were especially helpful! I am so pleased with my results and I must say, I look amazing! I am only 2 weeks post op and feeling Fantastic! Honestly, I was very hesitant to get body contouring, but after years of trying to burn it off myself, I decided to take a leap of faith and give Sono Bella a try. I had a wonderful experience with the whole process and everyone was nice and very professional. Dr Park has a lovely bedside manner, and at this point which is still early, I believe he did a great job. I do feel that I should of had a consult with a physician prior to final deposit, with option to back out. This was a bit odd to me. Overall a great experience, I appreciate all the phone calls and emails with what to expect. That is a nice special touch. I can't wait to see how I look in a few more weeks!

I had my waist and lower and upper abs done almost 2 weeks ago now and I can already see my results! I was a bit uncomfortable the first week, but am feeling much better now! I am a 52-year old woman. Medically diagnosed as obese. I had two rolls of big unattractive bellies. One of my concerns was the excessive skin after the procedure, which turned out to be a non-factor. I did my homework and went to other places for the free consultations--not impressed and kinda offended by some of the other places. I chose Sono Bello for several reasons. First of all, the facility is aesthetically soothing, clean, modern and topped off with a professional and friendly reception staff. Second of all, Laura, my consultant. The consultation with her is the number one reason why I chose Sono Bello. She took the time to answer ALL my questions and concerns and explained different options. It was her follow-up phone call the next day that cinched Sono Bello. She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and empathetic. Her approach was disarming and I didn't feel the "shame" that I felt during the appointments at the other facilities. Not only was the procedure itself explained, but payment options were also explained. The pre and post op material provided described my actual experience to a T! The information desensitized my fear It was reassuring to be able to reference the material to gauge my progress. There were no surprises. The follow-up emails accurately described what to expect at those stages of recovery. The follow-up phone calls were also reassuring. The service provided by Sono Bello does not end when you walk out the door! The entire staff was professional, friendly and courteous. My procedure was done by Dr. Park and I was impressed by his availability to answer ALL my questions! The entire experience was exceptional, topped only by my satisfaction of my results. I would describe my recovery as uncomfortable, not necessarily painful, but uncomfortable. I returned to work after three days. I was very realistic with my expectations and I am VERY happy with the results, my clothes fit MUCH better and my confidence is soaring. I recommend Sono Bello. Ask for Laura -- she's the best!

Had my chin and jowls worked on a week ago. So far, so good. I have absolutely no bruising, and am back to regular activity and exercising. The staff is so professional, friendly, and nice. Can't wait to see the final results as I continue to heal!
