Re3 Med Spa and Salon

If I could rate this place a "0" star I would! I've only had Laser Treatments and that experience was so horrible I would never patronize them for any thing else. I bought a series of treatments to be done in 4-6 week increments. There is ALWAYS a problem with the appointments. Either they don't have you in their book (although it was written by them on a card), the machine is broken (and they don't bother to call and cancel your appt until you get there) or the licensed nurse that is suppose to do the treatment "didn't come in and she's not returning phone calls". I've been given so many excuses as to why I can't schedule an appointment OR why my services won't be done when I've arrived that they are beginning to repeat the same excuses again. How many times can the nurse's grandmother die? The staff turnover is constant, which makes me wonder about their standards because for every appointment I've been treated by someone else, who says the previous person is "no longer working there". They have been without a "nurse" now for over a month. Apparently, they can't hire someone either because the owner is out of the country. I thought this place would be upscale and professional...but now believe I would have gotten better services in National City. As far as session intervals, they say the delay won't have any effect on results of hair growth, although after several calls to other places I've been told this is not the case. The last conversation I had with the scheduling gal said there are many people calling just like me that feel the same way - They have paid for services they cant get. I wish those people please come forward. This place needs to be reported to the BBB or better yet, Turko Files - IT AIN"T RIGHT!!!
