Total Professional. The initial appointment covered cost and what to expect from the operation. The initial meeting with the Surgeon who would be performing the procedure was quick, to the point and out the door. The day of the procedure, was there early, but waited till the time of the appointment. Taken back, IV place in and the procedure started. Was able to depart in the three-hour window they had scheduled. Two days on meds then the pain was manageable. Bruising started to show about one week after the procedure but was gone by the two-week mark. Still a little tender at the two-week mark, but was able to get back on a bicycle and start exercising again. Noticeable difference in the waist. Very content and happy with the procedure.

All the staff made it so easy to thru the surgery, everything was explained before hand all the appointment reminders were made. I would highly recommend them.

Choosing someone to do this procedure can be an intimating task. I felt Sonobello staff were beyond my expectations. I felt comfortable and confident throughout the whole procedure. They were so wonderful, professional and caring!!!!

Walking in to the office for the first time I felt welcomed. There has been no point in any of my visits where I felt awkward or unwelcome. All staff is very attentive and helped me feel like the decision I made was indeed the best one. I am quite big and lost weight on my own, but I reached my plateau and started losing motivation. I needed a push to continue my journey to a healthier lifestyle, so I checked out different clinics and doctors and Sono Bello was my first choice! Wow...really great experience. From the first phone call, to the consult to my procedure and after. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and made sure to explain everything. They made what could have been a little scary very easy. I had thought about doing this for a while and finally took the step. I am so pleased with my results this far and can't wait to see the final outcome.

I had a personal trainer around 2014 and 2015 and even though my body did get nice results, I was still not able to ged rid of the stubborn fat around my waist. I saw a commercial for Sono Bello and decided to pay them a visit at the San Diego location. The ladies there were amazing, I have never been to a place where they truly make you feel welcome from the first consultation to the nurses, receptionists and the doctor, they are all fantastic people. They made my decision to go through the Liposuction very easy for me. I had to have two separate surgeries because I almost did my whole body: my chin, my arms, stomach, waist, back and inner thighs. Both surgeries were great and I did not encounter too much pain just some discomfort. I am still in the recuperation process but I can already see the difference in my body and very excited to see the end results. They are worth every penny and I will recommend them to everybody who is in need of their services. One of the things that had me very impressed was their follow-up practices, the doctor calls you the day of surgery to see how you are doing (very nice touch), they also send you weekly emails letting you know what to do and what to expect on the days after surgery, they made this whole process incredible and I will always be grateful to this clinic for their professionalism and integrity. Dr. Park is, for a lack of a better word, AMAZING!!! He is so kind and helpful, I wish all doctors were like him.

The entire team at the La Jolla CA, Sono Bello were all amazing starting from my the consultation with Laura, the smiling faces at the front customer area to the back of the house where the procedures are done. All were friendly, knowable, and make everyone feel like their part of a family. All are quick to answer questions, schedule appointments, send emails to ensure the customer has what they need, follow-up calls on how I’m doing, and overall will find the resource depending on the situation. Thank you to all for making this transition painless and easy.

I don't know why I waited so long to do this as the results are so much better than I could have hoped for. I am 53 and mid-life changes have added weight to my middle section and no amount of diet or exercise would affect this area. I was tired of having a spare tire around my middle and a muffin top over my pants. I was constantly having to disguise this area by dressing strategically. My procedure at Sono Bello corrected all of that. My body has not looked like this since my 20's, my belly is flat, my love handles are gone, my waist is defined and I feel so much better about myself!



I cannot say enough good things about the staff, Dr Chen and the entire process. From the consult with Laura to Clarissa and the other front desk ladies, to Shelly my pre and post care nurse, everything went exactly as they explained and they were so professional. They were so supportive and excited for me to have this done. My bruising and swelling has been very minimal and I am feeling pretty normal and it this is only day 10. Dr Chen called me the day after the procedure and has sent detailed support that is very timely and helpful.

Dr. Fink is a true artist. I am so happy with the results. My face and neck are totally smooth and beautiful. I had one bruise on my neck-that's all. I never did need the pain pills they gave me. The staff was awesome with weekly emails on what to expect each week.

Dr. Chen and all the staff at Sono Bello where friendly and helpful. I was nervous thinking that I would feel all the pain during the procedure. Small pinching here and there but all manageable. My first day of recovery is going well the incisions are almost closed and not much drainage to worry about. I highly recommend Sono Bello. Great staff!!!

I am ecstatic with my results from my lipo thanks to Dr. Park!! He made sure I was comfortable, informed, and at ease at all times. At no point did I ever feel lost in this whole procedure. Dr. Park also sent me follow up emails with guidance and encouragement! My nurse sent me follow up emails and called me!! It was amazing. They know the expected problems and call before you have time to freak out about it!



I have been working out and dieting constantly for almost 3 years to lose the 10 lbs and 2 inches off of my waist needed to stay in the Navy. For whatever reason I could not get rid of the weight. I would lose fat and gain muscle making me heavier. I always had a couple inches of fluff around my midsection that wouldnt go away. I wasn't out of shape; I could run and do push ups and sit ups with ease!! But, I wasn't in shape either; I didn't have muscle definition and I still jiggled in some places. I was just big enough to fail the Navy BMI standards by half an inch. At the time if you failed 3 times they kicked you out.



Dr. Park took that fluff and stuff out of my midsection. Now I get told to put my abs away at pool parties because i'm making the guys self conscious!! How neat is that?! Everyone at work notices and compliments me randomly "wow!! You look really good! have you lost weight!?"



I will say, in regards to doing this while on sea duty- If you stand an armed watch or your daily work has you carrying heavy things or bending a lot you need to take AT LEAST 1 week of leave for this type of procedure. I didn't tell any one at my command about this procedure before hand because the pamphlets all say "back to work within 3-5 days" or something to that effect. Which is 100% true if you work at a desk. Wearing a gun belt or bending over constantly will bruise you up pretty bad and make you very uncomfortable. It will NOT damage or ruin your results though!

I almost had this procedure a year ago but after reading the reviews I changed my mind. Then a year later due to my husband's job relocation I was in the San Diego area and came across with great reviews from their SD Clinic. So I gave it a chance and made an appointment.

This is the best decision ever!!! I was a little worried about the fact that the initial consultation was not made with a doctor. But if you can deal with this, and get it that this is their system you will not regret it. You will meet with a surgeon later on.

My consultant was very knowledgeable, I chose a couple of areas to be treated and she rejected one area because she said I would not be happy with the results. This gave me some relief that it is not just about taking your money.

Dr. Chen was my surgeon. She was amazing! She makes you feel very comfortable and safe. It was almost no pain during the procedure, just the pinch of the needle for the anesthesia. The following 48 hours were with no pain and calls from Dr. Chen and her staff to monitor my recovery. The 3rd day there was some pain but nothing major, and the following days the pain was less and less. I was back to my regular activities on the 4th day.

I was also monitored pre procedure because my blood pressure was a little high, and I was so nervous!!! But they gave me a caffeine free diet to help me and it did indeed. My procedure was divided in two and the second time around my BP was good because I was not nervous or anxious anymore because I already knew there was almost no pain involved.

Everybody is extremely polite and professional, but Clarissa the receptionist and Shanae my nurse, were outstanding!!! It was if you had members of your own family taking care of you.

I really regret not doing it a year before. When I read again the bad reviews they were not even from my area, and I realize that a lot of reviews are from people that have not gone through the procedure. So my advice is to review your local clinic, and just read the reviews from people that have done it. It has been 14 days for me and although I am very sore, I can see the improvements in some areas.

What a perfect experience. From beginning to end. I was treated with respect, given great directions and advice. The procedure was fast, and the care before during and after has been superlative. It has been affordable and relatively comfortable. I would and have recommend Sonobello to my friends and family.

Sometimes, you just have to do what you have to do --and guess what? I did it!!! and I don't regret it one bit. I originally consulted with Dr. Park to correct prior liposuction on my upper arms. I ended up splurging on waist, upper and lower abdomen+ upper arms. I am so grateful at the way I was treated pre, during, and post surgery. My surgeon is top notch. The nurses who took care of me --awesome. My consultant at Sono Bello was really nice, and last but not least --the receptionist --so sweet, and so friendly. I am really happy with the care I received at Sono Bello. I had my procedure last Thursday. I am still swollen as expected, but I am in no major pain at all. I was really comfortable during surgery too. I felt nothing. I have already referred a few people to Sono Bello for their future procedures. I just had my procedure a week ago but I'm already feeling more confident about my body! The staff are wonderful and the surgeon was very caring and professional. I will definitely have another area done at a later time!
