What a great shop. As a younger guy and inexperienced shooter I have been ignored and received terrible service at other shops and big box store gun counters. The staff at Nagels wants you to leave happy. They aren't just looking for a sale. They are truly there to serve you.



I had every staff member who walked by ask if I needed help, and multiple times despite making it clear I was not looking to buy a firearm the staff was willing to listen to my questions and let me handle different guns. Such a breath of fresh air not to be treated poorly because of lack of knowledge or not wanting to buy a gun at that moment.



I always said please and thank you and the staff was more than happy to cater to all my needs. Thanks so much for making it easier for a new shooter.

I'm sorry but the negative reviews here are out of line. I have been to the store several times, and each visit I was able to spend a *lot* of time with a salesperson. Mind you, the men who work here are obviously far more experienced with firearms than the crew at most other gun stores.



It is true that the place can get busy, but this is a fact of life in the Obama era. Nonentheless, I was able to be waited on within a few minutes of arriving simply by ASKING for help. Why anyone just stands around waiting for service in a busy place is beyond me...



they do have very reasonable prices on their pistols. In fact, I recently got the Sig P227, which is hard to find at all in the area, for a very competitive price.



Check them out and see what you think. If nothing else, there's a lot of cool inventory to peruse.

Fixed my Sig P938 trigger quickly/accurately. Work was reasonable. Had them do the same to another with identical results. High marks for customer service.

The entire staff here was extremely helpful and made my purchasing experience very simple. They're all helpful and we had some good laughs about indestructible Glock stories. As a first time buyer, I felt as if I had known these guys forever. They have an extensive amount of Gen 3 and Gen 4 Glocks. I'd definitely recommend this place for your purchasing of any arms. They won my business now and in the future.

cool place with a huge selection of great firearms, the employees are very knowledgeable, about every aspect of firearms, and will help educate you with your questions. They are a little egotistical about their vast knowledge of guns, but i found it amusing , that its probably the only thing at all they know about, i am going to recommend one of my friends to go check them out because hes been wanting an ar15. Really Cool spot to shop

first of all im kind of guy who always AWARE in anything... well, yesterday i went to NAGEL and i bought xds .45acp ... they have promotion going on.. i met a guy at the store his name is FAST TEDDIE and he is very helpful and a nice guy... but one thing i observed on this store im pretty sure all guys there are very helpful and they will entertain you nicely... so 100% i will recommend this store!!! so what are you waiting for... thank you again FAST TEDDIE...

Nagel's Gun Shop has a huge selection of firearms, accessories and ammo at great prices. Don't waste your time at those other gun stores. You'll find nothing but disappointment. Also be sure to look at their Class 3 selection.

Bought my fourth & fifth handgun from Nagel's yesterday & then ordered my sixth which should be in next week. Very knowledgable group of guys & all willing to help out. Price competitive on most brands & models (incl. online outlets) and usually "In Stock". Which means you can walk out with your newest little friend!

Nagel's mounted my new scope while I waited. Other shops wanted twice the price for the same exact thing. The shop is also in a great location. I will definitely be coming for Nagel's from now on.
