As a long time resident and owner of investment properties in San Antonio, I can honestly say that Birdy Properties is one of the best management firms I have ever dealt with. The employees respond to the needs of my property within timely manners and handle everything in a very professional way. I couldn't be happier to recommend Birdy Properties, and tell everyone about my good dealings with them.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Birdy Properties over the last 5 or so years and they have been nothing but professional the entire time. My rental property in San Antonio has flourished ever since Birdy took over. They handle repairs and tenants effortlessly, and seem to handle everything just fine with minimal involvement from me.

When it comes to property managers it can be hit and miss. When you find a great capable company that has its stuff together like Birdy, you just found the needle in the haystack. I am a big fan of the service and the communication.

Birdy properties manages my 2 rentals and has done a great job for me, I cant believe how attentive they are. They keep those checks coming and I like that.

We have had a very bad experience with Birdy properties. They fail to return calls, they make promises over the phone that they can't keep, they will chip away at your security deposit for countless claims, and they are a highly unethical business overall. Do not rent from this office and do not have them be your property managers. Absolutely horrible customer service. Very poorly run and inbred business - they won't get rid of poor employees because they are all related.
