Absolutely the worst property management company thinkable. My AC has been out since Monday and it is now Thursday night and I finally got confirmation that someone will fix it on Friday morning. This is after numerous calls and emails on my part. They do not call you back to let you know the status of your request. You have to keep calling them. Caught them in 3 bold faced lies while dealing with this issue. The property owner is equally as upset with them. DO NOT use Birdy Properties for ANY real estate business.

Who's screening these reviews of Birdy Properties? They're all the same and highly ranked. Either someone is selectively posting only positive reviews, all these folks are drinking the Birdy Kool-Aid, or they are all crazy as a $3 bill...and be careful or Birdy will take that from you! I have to disagree with all the positives, from a tenant's perspective. Getting maintenance support from Birdy is like pulling teeth. It took months and months on numerous occasions to get responsiveness to several problem that weren't just maintenance concerns, but legitimate health concerns (i.e., rodent infestation and broken microwave door). Birdy firmly believes that tenants receive their property in "as is condition." Carpets were not cleaned prior to move-in as was expected. Instead they still smelled like dog urine. Half the blinds in the house were broken among other things. Birdy is also unwilling to make a morally correct decision in the interest of tenants if the owner is not supportive, usually because it may cost the owner a couple dollars. The best is the way Birdy offered to let us renew our lease for $250 more a month too. Needless to say, we vacated the house and thankfully parted ways with Birdy. As soon as we left, they advertised the house for $500 more than we were paying in rent. Talk about gougers! All they want is your money, the more the better, and they will spend as little as they need to in support of the tenant once you sign that contract. If you have an option in rental homes, do yourself a favor and choose the one managed by someone other than Birdy.

Birdy Properties has been managing my rental units for a while now and I am very pleased with their results. They're working hard and I am confident they will continue to be an asset to me.

This company is terrible to deal with. They communicate poorly, are uneducated, and can be extremely rude with no provocation. It would be best to avoid dealing with them when there are other alternatives in the area. The list of complaints is numerous and the list of resolutions is sparse. Save yourself the time and money - don't use them as a management company, and don't be a tenant in one of their properties. You will lose on both sides, trust me.

Excellent care of my rental property has been taken by Birdy Properties. I appreciate their attention to details and thoroughness when it comes to inspections.
