I learned about Armando Montelongo’s program last fall by searching around on Google for real estate or flipping houses information. I decided to go check out the free event that was being held in my city. From there I went to the 3-day event, it was an eye opening that’s for sure. People there shared their own experiences with the program and how they were able to succeed.
I did the bus tour last December in Miami which felt kind of like real estate boot camp to me, from 6 am until midnight learning and hanging out with people you don’t know. By the end you’ve made friends with many people and you’ve learned a lot. We went through the homes and saw firsthand how to apply what we had learned. For someone who came in knowing nothing at all about real estate to where I am now was a big learning curve, but the tour was fun and I absorbed the information. The mentors have been great, so far I’ve received great support.

I heard about the Armando real estate training from TV and went to the free day. I felt like it was a good thing to go forward with and went to the three-day training. The speakers were phenominal, I felt that they were well-trained and I got a lot of good information. I thought that three-day training was well worth it. The bus tour was in Miami, Florida. This event was really amazing, lots of fun. We were treated very well, and the education involved was great. They were there answering questions and training us on everything. I've kept in touch with people that I met on the bus tour. I've taken the master mentor training as well which has actually gotten me to where I wanted to be. Being able to call in and get help from the mentors is the reason I am successful right now. The three-day and the bus tour were good preparation for this. In my opinion, I probably got 30% of my training from the three-day and bus tour, and 70% of my value and training from the Armando Montelongo program from the master mentor program. I think it is too bad when people can't afford this last step. I've flipped four properties in the last two years and feel highly satisfied with the education I've received.

I had been watching information about Armando’s course since 2008 and we recently decided to go to a free event in our area to learn more. I went with my father and learned enough to want to go to the longer weekend course. I’m more of a reserved person and from the beginning of the weekend it was an intense, new experience. Everyone was high-fiving me and very friendly. The information was useful and the presenters were real and knowledgeable.
The bus tour was that times ten, very high-energy. We went to Miami for the bus tour. My Father and I got a lot out of the bus tour. We walked through properties, met people, and learned how to do the business. We have also done Master Mentors. We are currently working together and have already flipped one property. We are working with the Master Mentors (Steve and Lisa) and are making more offers. We also found the Asset Protection class helpful. We are active in the Facebook group and watch the webinars. I would recommend the program to anyone who wants to get started in Real Estate.

I happened to see on tv that Armando Montelongo was going to be coming to the Bay Area so I thought I would see what his company had to offer. I’ve always wanted to do something with real estate, but it really wasn’t until I looked at his company and thought I might actually have a chance at making it. I checked out some of the training classes, including the bus tour and now feel that I will do well with their help. I’ve benefited from some one-on-one, but find their group training especially great with the knowledge that so many associates have to offer us. I’m branching out soon into Georgia and Florida too from my home base here in California, as these areas seem to offer some good chances for the future. As a matter of fact, I’m putting in 2 more offers today! I’m very happy and look forward to working with their great team for years to come. I especially enjoy the webinars that they host every Tuesday, that Armando himself participates in.

I found out about the program a couple years ago on night-time TV, and because I had wanted to do Real Estate investing it caught my attention. We did the one-day, three-day, and the bus tour. All of it made sense to us and it was all what we needed to learn so we kept going.

The bus tour was great training, being able to walk through the houses and see up close how to make the deals and decide if a house was a good investment was helpful. I do own two restaurants so I haven’t been able to put in as much time as I would like to my Real Estate business, but even so we have had success. I purchased my first flip in Arizona. We have put one on the market now that we are waiting to have sold. We are working with our mentor to do these investments.

I have found that there are times when curiosity gets the best of you and it’s a good thing, like looking into Armando Montelongo’s real estate seminars. I used to be a police officer, but I knew it wasn’t a career I could stay in forever, so when the chance to grow into something I knew I could do, I went for it. From New York we went to New Jersey for some training and then got our first house. Then on to Miami for their Bus Tour, where we got our second house. We’ve even flown to Texas for their Master Mentor program. It’s been real comfortable for me to experience all of this educational training to now bring it back home to Long Island, where I know I will really make it happen. Outside of Armando’s support, I’m also delving into my own research and that’s making a big difference as well. I am coming from Bermuda and it’s been an adventure that I’m so glad I can take advantage of here in the states.

My fiancé and I had been talking about different things we could do to make money, then I heard about the free one-day seminar from the radio and we took the chance and went. We also went to the three-day seminar in Long Island. These were both high-energy, informational events. It’s all about what you know, and what you don’t know can cost you a lot of money in this business.
The bus tour was in San Diego, they went in-depth with us in figuring out the deal from the beginning, before we actually did anything. They covered what it would cost to repair a building, which was helpful. We were given hands-on experience and the chance to practice the program. We’ve called several times with questions since the course and they are there when we call them and are helpful with answering questions. I’ve gained a lot of good information from these classes, not just about flipping properties but cash flowing with rentals. I would recommend this program to anyone looking to get involved in Real Estate.

found out about Armando Montelongo’s real estate program from television last year at a time when I had been looking for a way to start my own business. I went to the bus tour in Orlando where they taught

us the principles of real estate and we went out and saw a property. We saw the ins and outs of the business as we walked through the house, I was also able to network and hand out/collect quite a few business cards. I work full-time, am a full-time student, and am married with three kids so I don’t have the time to put into it that I’d like, but I have received great support and have plans for the future to be successful in this business.

I used to flip houses with a partner about twenty years ago, he bought the houses and I did the repairs. That ended badly, and I decided not to do that again until I had more know-how. We heard about the three-day event in Salt Lake so my wife and I decided to do it.



The trainer, Adam, was incredible. He knew the product and the market very well. He was so friendly, he got us excited about it. We did the bus tour in Miami and I was able to meet Armando. He brings everything to life. For three days they gave us tons of information, and surprisingly we retained most of the information we learned that weekend.



With Armando’s system I’m able to walk into a bid and walk out later with a realistic bid using the tools he gave us. I also did the Master Mentor program and Commercial Real Estate. I even did the bus tour reunion they had. My partners and I had some funding capital and we have actually funded a few deals for other

I heard about Armando Montelongo’s free seminar from a friend of mine named Chris who happened to be teaching at the three-day seminar. So we went to see the three-day seminar too. Chris told me that he knew we were committed and that we needed to get on the bus tour. We actually met Armando on the tour and he stopped to talk to my wife and I for forty-five minutes and got a picture with us.
Our bus leader was instrumental in helping us to understand the program. I still keep in touch with him. I rehabbed my parents’ house and sold it using the principles in this program, they only wanted $220,000, I got them $330,000. Then I had that money in the bank to use going forward. I do hard money financing, and gap funding. We’re doing our first three flips right now. We’ve crunched the numbers to make sure we have a good profit margin.

I originally found out about Armando about five years ago from a television promo and was looking for a Real Estate opportunity when I heard about the program. I was finally ready to spend some money for my education with Armando so I did the three-day and the bus tour. The people I met on the bus tour were mainly new investors like myself and there was an enthusiasm and the leaders were knowledgeable and helpful. Looking at houses and the numbers from an investor’s point of view is a new way of thinking. You can win or lose in this business, and things are different state to state, so it’s an opportunity to learn how to do it right. I have done the Master Mentors workshop. I have had subsequent training with my local Real Estate Association and I have some deals in the works right now. I’ve met a whole new family of people in the Real Estate world and I would recommend this program. Armando has something of value here that is worth paying for.

The infomercial caught my attention and was enough to get me to the one-day course. The one-day was exciting enough to get me to the three-day course. My wife and I discussed it and thought it was something we would continue on with. The quality of the speakers, topics covered, and energy level were all great. I do feel that it is easier to do the program in a city of a million or more people. I currently am rehabbing 2 homes in smaller markets. It is hard work and will cost you approximately $80,000 for the education. I would not recommend it unless you live in a city of a million people or more. They will try to sell you on the basis that you can do this in other cities than the one you live in. In my opinion, that makes it even harder and I fell that it is only for the very experienced flipper. This system is great and it really works but it needs a bigger city. My mentor is out of Utah and I’m able to text him and then he calls me back.

My daughter told me about Armando Montelongo’s program because she had been looking for a way to get into real estate investing. We went to the 1 day event together, then the 3 day event in Orlando. We were convinced at these events that they could teach us how to make money flipping houses, the information was just what we felt we needed. Enthusiasm was high-my daughter loved it too.

We did the bus tour in Riverside, California, we loved it!! We really had a good time and met a lot of people that we’re still in touch with. Networking was highly encouraged. We did the Master Mentor course and I try to listen in on the weekly webinars. I would recommend this training and feel that it is the information we needed to be successful.

My husband attended a one-day seminar and then we went to the three-day weekend together. The weekend event was very informative. They gave a lot of information, answered a lot of questions, and showed examples of success that they have had finding homes. They had a lady there who had been doing it for a year who had been very successful, I believe she made about 1.5 million dollars the first year.

Following the three-day we did the Cash Flow seminar, the bus tour, then Asset Protection. The bus tour gave us the opportunity to walk through the homes, they talked about the things you need to look for when walking through the homes and gave us the calculations we needed to have in making decisions.

We have purchased a property, done the rehab, and it is listed for sale right now. We have three other properties under contract that we’re working with also.

I wasn’t initially looking for a Real Estate investing opportunity but became interested when I learned about it from the infomercial for Armando Montelongo. I enjoyed the 1 and 3 day events because they had a lot of energy at them. Even though I had received a lot of negative feedback from people telling me that Armando wasn’t going to show up, he was there non-stop from morning until night every day. I saw people connecting and sharing ideas at the weekend and felt like after the three days I could go hang out with the people I had met there. There were a lot of people there who could help and share ideas with.


We did the bus tour in Riverside, California and the systematic approach we took to look through the houses took away my fear in actually doing it. The system they taught works and if you follow it you can avoid the mistakes that cause people to lose money. Using the system is the way to protect yourself from costly mistakes and the best way to succeed in the long run. Their support has also been good when I’ve called in to get help.

I am very happy with the education I have received so far and I am definitely going to continue on with the program. So far I have attended the one-day class, three-day class, and the bus tour. Before taking these courses I had never had any experience with Real Estate, but when my friend referred me I knew it was what I had been looking for.

The courses gave me so much information but also gave me the desire to do more. The presenters were excellent-just well informed. The bus tour was in Miami and I’m a person who loves the beach and we never got a chance to see the beach but I wasn’t mad. I was engaged enough on the bus tour, where we put everything we learned to use. Not just sitting in the class reading a book, but out in the field having an excellent experience. I have met people from all over the country and I am still in contact with them. I have been using the webinars since the bus tour. I am now in the process of flipping my third house. I have recommended this program to many people and I will continue to do so.

The excitement level on the bus tour was very high. I thought the information was good and complete, and the fact that they provided follow-up was valuable. I was offered the opportunity to do the Master Mentor program which seemed like a chance to expand my knowledge and skills so I did that. I had a three-day one-on-one training with my mentor, then several phone sessions. I have a phone mentor I’m currently working with. I’m looking to flip more houses in the future.

I’m out for drinks with a friend one day and he shows me an invite card to see Armando Montelongo. I’m retired so what the heck, I’ve got the time so let’s see what he’s about. I’m blown-away with the free seminar, so I check out the 3 day workshop and I’m liking even more what I hear. I then head to Dallas, Texas for their bus tour and now it’s really making sense cause it’s hands on and that’s what I relate to. Now my eyes are opened and I take more courses like asset protection and the master mentor. Besides their support, I’m meeting other great folks and with those here in Maryland, we’re talking, getting encouraged and even visiting each other’s properties. I’m just finishing up on my first flip now and I know that future education like the Cash Flow seminar will kick it into even higher gear. I strongly recommend this venture to anyone and when you follow it to the T, it works because there’s always someone ready to help you at anytime!

I heard about Armando’s organization on television a couple of years ago and it caught my attention because I have been wanting to do this since my divorce. My son was also looking for something more workwise so I took him with me and we have been doing it together ever since. We took the bus tour in San Diego and it was great for us. It was so awesome that within six months we had already made over $100,000 and paid all the schooling off. We bought an estate property in New York, rehabbed it exactly like Armando said to do it, then we sold it in April and made over $100,000. We did Advanced Rehab, Wholesale, Commercial Real Estate two times, and more. Since we first started we’ve rehabbed seven houses and are in the middle of the eighth one now.

My business partner and I had never done anything involving real estate before, but his father told us we should check this out so we decided to attend Armando Montelongo’s free event based on his recommendation. We went on to the 3-day event as I was interested in doing something different than my 9-5 job. I was attracted to the idea of working for myself and having freedom as well as endless opportunities that are available in real estate. The speakers shared their experiences and success stories which I very much could relate to. I felt that because they didn’t come from a real estate background, and they were doing it, we could too.

They got us really hyped up at the bus tour and got us to think differently about life and your potential. My main take-away was that you shouldn’t limit yourself. They broke it out for us how simple it is, yet at the same time a challenge to flip houses. I’ve joined a couple of local groups in Dallas to keep in touch and network with other people that Armando has trained. We've even had a few folks that we've met at these trainings stop by to visit with us while they're in our city and have had the pleasure of showing them some of our houses...since we have flipped 11 houses so far! We’ve done pretty much all of the trainings available and have been highly satisfied with his system!
