I bought my first property at 18 years old and have been looking for a way to get back into it. I heard about Armando Montelongo's free event last year and decided to check it out. I then went to the three-day weekend and was impressed with the quality of the speakers he had. They were able to take complex principles and break them down so that we could understand. I told one of the mentors that I’d been managing my own properties and he asked me why I would want to do that. That one comment was enough to tell me I had a lot more to learn from this program. The bus tour was seeing real people doing it. It was no longer make-believe, nobody there was an actor, they were all real people showing us how it’s done. The genuine people there made all the difference. They broke it down for us item by item how to flip a house. I now understand how to price things and it’s working for me. I’ve purchased a duplex in Tampa for $95,000, and put about $50,000 into it. I’m looking to sell it for $270,000. I have a good team and everything is falling into place. Since the bus tour I have also taken Market Domination. I’ve met plenty of folks at these classes and have kept in touch with them. We have meetups in the area and are getting that going even more. Whenever I have a question I’ll call in and get help from the mentors.

Because I've been a realtor and have attended a lot of other courses, I was interested in checking out Armando's way of investing in property, so I attended a one day intro and then a 3 day seminar. After listening to Bob Ventor, and realizing the difference between fluff and quality of training, I saw that there was value in their system, including the power of the pack. The power of Armando's network was really key as there isn't that kind of network in other training camps, where you take their education and you're on your own. The bus tour in Dallas was awesome as well as the reunion tour in California where we got more training and were able to network some more. We are able to meet locally with the Minnesota Wolf Pack here in my area and are getting together this Sunday. I've had the opportunity to work on a lot of homes and I'm discussing doing business with another Wolf Pack member soon as well. I've signed up for a few of the courses like the Wholesaling courses and look forward to a great future.

I heard about Armando Montelongo’s program back in 2015 from a commercial. I had some background in real estate with my dad and wanted to get into it more so My dad and I went to the three-day seminar in our area where they gave us some basic information about the program. I enjoyed it and felt that the presenters knew what they were talking about. We did the bus tour next in Riverside, California. We got to see the properties which was very good. I’ve stayed in contact with some of the people I met on the bus tour, and I’ve recently been working on a deal with one of them. My dad and I also did the master mentors class. It was three days of a ton of information. I would recommend this program and think the system works if you are willing to put in the time and effort.

I found out about Armando Montelongo last December (2016). I had been up late at night and saw something on Facebook about Armando. My husband and I had been thinking about flipping houses and since it was a free seminar I thought why not? My husband works in construction and I’m studying for my real estate license so it made sense for us. The training was a very enlightening experience, they know their business. Informative, energetic, awesome experience. It was good enough that we decided to do the bus tour in January, in Dallas, Texas. It was a little crazy on the bus tour, but it was a lot of fun. Educational and fun at the same time. Armando is an amazing individual. He’s up front and honest, and so far, everything he’s told us has been true. It’s all been a great experience. If you don’t put skin in the game you won’t get it done. I’ve been talking with people in the wolf pack. I just sold my personal home and we purchased a new home. The whole buying and closing simultaneously was crazy, but our education helped immensely with the process. Armando’s teachings helped us decide what to pay to have someone else do the work on the house instead of doing it all ourselves. Besides the bus tour we’ve done Asset Protection, Tax Lien, Master Mentors, and in June will be doing Cash Flow. Support from Armando’s company has been amazing. Tremendous individuals ready to help.

I learned about Armando Montelongo’s program from the end of an infomercial a while back. My background is handyman/high-end painter and I had already flipped two houses before I met Armando. I wasn’t a professional I had just come across some good deals back then. I wanted to change my life and the amount of money I would make, I saw the opportunity and felt that the timing was right as far as the real estate climate at the time with foreclosures readily available. I’ve been an entrepreneur my whole life, I like personal growth, I did Amway for 14 years. When I went to the three-day event I was pretty much sold on the support system that they offer. They talked about the inner workings of the company, or the wolf pack as they call it. Everyone achieves more together and the students can support each other in their corresponding strengths and weaknesses. You have access to all the paperwork and forms and all the other things you need to be in business. The information was good.

I first heard about Armando Montelongo in January of 2016 through an internet ad. It caught my attention because I had just gotten my real estate license in New York. I had recently left 20 years of being a facility and construction manager in Manhattan. I went to the free event in my area and from there to the three-day seminar. This even was where I thought Armando's people help you decide if you are ready to commit to the next level of investment. The presentation was about changing your mindset. Clearly everyone there wanted to be successful, but they help you determine if you are ready to change your habits so that you can be successful. They helped us understand if you're sitting on the fence, whether you're ready to move on to the next level. Chris Sanders was probably the most dynamic speaker who had the ability to electrify the room. He taught us about the rule of 72 which opened my eyes to how long it would take for the money in my 401K to double. I realized that I needed to do something different.

I did the bus tour that April in Dallas, and Master Mentor in May. The bus tour was kind of a party atmosphere which I think helps people learn how to break down barriers with strangers. In the end it was the bus tour which helped me really understand the flip process. Another valuable aspect of the Armando program is the Facebook group where we can connect and speak a common language about real estate. I went back to San Antonio for asset protection, and I think that is all the training I've done with them so far. I've put some bids out on foreclosures and online auctions.

I first heard about Armando’s program back in 2016 from an infomercial. We were in the middle of an investment when we saw the program. We went to the one-day event which caught my attention and we went to the three-day event. We learned that there are so many different directions to take this program. There are people out there with money looking to invest, and there are people who are ready to invest in properties, but need funding. We learned that we had options because we are a stable couple who have a lot of people who trust us and who would work with us.

We took the bus tour in Orlando, Florida. Knowing that we would have support after we left the bus tour was huge. There was so much to learn, we knew we would need follow up afterward. The bus tour was just awesome! I don’t have the best memory in the world, but the fact that the speeches and information is stuck in my brain because of the way that he taught. It was the enthusiasm and the chance we had to go experience it. Going through the houses was a way to connect what we had been learning. We’ve made many connections with our local people and are able to work together with them. We’ve done the Master Mentors and have kept up with the webinars. We just bought our twelfth house, we have one cash flow property, but we’re mostly flipping. We used hard money on one deal out of those twelve but the rest has been private funding.

I learned about Armando Montelongo’s real estate school through my sister. I wanted to get involved in real estate investing so I went to the weekend training and everything they did at the training was up to par. The teaching was clear and the possibilities were there... it just seemed realistic. The bus tour was great, it taught us what we wanted to know and what we needed to know. They build upon the education we got at the three-day event and give you more education on top of that. At this point I have a partner I work with and have met a lot of people who I’ve stayed in touch with through the classes and trainings. I listen to the weekly webinars and have put in a lot of offers so far. This program is for everyone, even if you’re just looking to buy your own house this will tell you what you need to know.

I found Armando Montelongo through Facebook and decided to take a chance and attend the three-day seminar. The energy at the seminar was electric and it almost feels like there’s a preacher in the room when the speakers are presenting. It’s easy to catch on to, and I could tell the presenters had done the program themselves. It was reachable to the average person. I attended the bus tour in Dallas where I actually met Armando. What I learned there has stuck with me, it’s a part of my life and I’m excited about it all and willing to move forward. The bus tour was a hands-on experience where I learned how to access a property in record time. Valuable information. I learned a lot, I met people and now I am motivated. Right now I’m thinking about recommending this program to my niece. I am 100% satisfied with my training so far.

I heard an infomercial about learning to buy and sell houses and make money so I became interested in finding out more about Armando Montelongo and did the trainings that they offered, which I enjoyed. I learned a hell of a lot of stuff there and still use that information today when I'm looking for properties. I know how to value the properties and look at them when I walk in. It just makes it so much easier when you get the training.

The bus tour was fabulous. The trainers were great. Going through the houses reinforced the information we'd learned from Boots on the ground. Since then the support through Armando's program has been great. I have watched his webinars and gone to one-day events here and there that Armando has done. It's all been useful information for finding the right houses. I took other courses called Cash Flow and Asset Protection. I've had a lot of activity, as I'm in the Bay area which is really competitive and we're applying the principles and doing well. I really like the support and encouragement we've had when we need it and it makes a heck of a difference.

I learned about the Armando Real Estate program from his infomercial and was immediately interested. I wanted to put myself in a better place financially so I attended the free one-day event. I went on to go to the three-day event. The speakers were knowledgeable and the information was helpful. I met with other students at the event and was able to network. I am still in contact with many of the people I met there.
The bus tour was held in San Diego. It was energized the whole way through. Then we got to go out to the houses and apply what we were learning and it all started to make sense. In my area I have put in 165 offers on homes since the bus tour. I can call my mentor anytime I need help with the process. I am confident I will be successful with the education I have gained. I’m sticking to the system.

My brother-in-law have been doing the program together, we came out of training about a year ago. I heard about the program on TV. I really liked the idea of buying a house, cleaning it up, working with the contractors, and selling the house. I liked the idea of working for myself and not having to please customers all day. The three-day event was a lot of useful information, and the bus tour was an opportunity to use that information. Doing the walk-throughs of the houses and understanding how to do the costs on repairs was beneficial.
We’ve flipped three houses so far together. We made $53,000 on the first flip, $36,000 on the second, and $17,000 on the third one. We have learned what to do and what not to do on each house we flip. The support is great, we go the Wolf Pack meetings here in Dallas and have kept in contact with people we met on the bus tour.

I heard about Armando Montelongo's course through a friend who was a student. I went to the three-day event in Irvine, California with a friend who was also interested into getting into real estate investing. It seemed like there was a lot of opportunity available , the presenters seemed to show a lot of success. I did the bus tour just this past January in Texas. It was a good chance to interact, with a lot of information. Definitely more than you can digest in one weekend. Walking through the houses was perfect for connecting what we'd been learning in class. I'm in the construction industry so the real estate part was new, but the construction and rehab was familiar. I made some contacts on the bus tour, including fellow students and mentors who I've stayed in contact with. So far we've worked out our funding and proof of cash and we're moving forward trying to find the right house. Because of Armando's system we are able to find out quickly if a property fits the system. We're on the webinars and conference calls during the week which helps us to stay motivated and to see different avenues. We are active with our local meetup group here in California as well, and the people in the AM program are very supportive and helpful - from top to bottom.

My wife and I were looking for an opportunity to learn about real estate when we saw Armando on TV talking about his free seminar. We did that and also the three-day seminar. It was informative, there wasn't any type of pressure to buy anything, they just gave a lot of information. The presenters seemed to be talking from experience. We went down to Miami for the bus tour because we felt that there was still some information that we needed that we didn't get at the three-day seminar. The education we had at the bus tour was phenomenal. The energy levels were great and it felt like a family. It was enjoyable, all questions were answered, we had a great time and got the best educational experience we've ever had. We've went to a Long Island meeting a while back and met some people who also do the program, who we've kept in touch with. We still do the webinars and conference calls, those are the things we're still doing with the Armando Montelongo program. We have completed one flip and the process went well. Things work a little bit differently in New York so once we were acclimated to how things run here it was fine. We're now looking to find another property to flip. Phenomenal support from mentors when we need it, they helped talk me through the deal. Their help relieved the little bit of anxiety that I had and helped me to make the deal.

I heard about Armando Montelongo’s program through Facebook last year, and because I been looking for an opportunity to get involved in real estate I was interested. I have some experience doing real estate from when I lived in Argentina, I’m not in California and wanted to get more training and understanding of real estate in my new area. The three-day event was great information and an enthusiastic environment. They do what they preach.
The information on the bus tour was an upgrade from the three-day. It made more sense because we went through the houses. The information and the experience were deeper. I met many people on the tour and have stayed in touch with ten of them. I’ve taken many courses with Armando since the tour, including Master Mentors. I’m still getting started and am in the process of learning the system. I like the way that Armando puts it all together, the way he teaches and the psychological approach he uses to express himself.

I heard about the program through a co-worker of mine. I had told him I was interested in getting involved with Real Estate. I looked him up on the internet and he happened to be hosting a free event so I decided to go ahead with it. From there I went to the three-day event near my home in Virginia. The presenter’s name was Chris, he was down-to-earth and not sales-pitchy, and that stood out to me. It was motivating to be in a room full of people with a common goal.
I went to the bus tour in Florida, which I thought was a good place to have it. It was an inviting atmosphere and I think it was probably the most fun I’ve ever had! It was great, it made everyone come out of their shell. I think the fact that you aren’t expecting it to be a fun, crazy party, you’re expecting a boring speech, that makes it even better. The one-on-one conversations with the mentors throughout the bus tour makes it feel more real, you aren’t just a number there.

I bought a house in 2008 as an investment property, even though I knew nothing about investing in real estate, of course then the market crashed. I couldn’t find anyone to buy it so I decided to flip the house. I hired a contractor who never did any work. I heard about Armando Montelongo from one of his TV shows and watched a lot of people flipping properties. I watched all of his episodes, took a bunch of notes, then realized I was ready to flip the house. I hired a new contractor and flipped the house and made $30,000.00. Fast forward to 2015 I heard about his real estate training program. It was going to be $1,500.00. No one believed that this was a good thing, everyone told me it was a waste of time, but I’d made $30,000.00 just from watching Armando’s TV show! So, I went and was totally blown away.
What was undeniable was how much I learned in those first three days of the seminar that I decided to go to the bus tour. Everyone told me that was just their way of upselling me into spending more money, but I knew it was the only way I was going to get out of the rat race. The bus tour was everything and beyond. I ate up all the information, I took pages and pages of notes. It was an amazing experience. When I get back home I knew I had the education I needed to get going. I realized I needed to take the wholesaling class to be more prepared to get going.
I spent all summer after that hustling. My first deal was $10,000.00, my next deal was $5,000.00. I realized that I needed a good realtor so I could see them without delay and get comps, etc., but after working with a few, I realized it would be best if I became a Realtor so I could acquire and sell the properties I flip myself.. so that's what I did. Armando Montelongo literally changed my life.

I really appreciate the energy and knowledge from the seminars that the Armando Montelongo company has put on in our area. Their outstanding and brilliant team of speakers know exactly how to mix business with pleasure as compared to the boring classes I’ve been to for other companies. We started with a free seminar and then attended their 3 day event. I didn’t feel any pressure to sign up with them, but wanted to get more involved, so we went to Miami for the bus tour and that was awesome! Explaining budgets and how to flip houses quickly and efficiently was what I needed to hear. Because their support is indescribable and absolutely amazing, I’m taking the Master Mentor program in April. I have 1 deal that I'm already working on. I have finished demo and currently doing electrical. Few more weeks and I will put back on the market. BAM!!!. I’m absolutely thankful to be a part of the Wolf Pack family and all that Armando offers!

I heard about Armando Montelongo's real estate program from an infomercial and was very interested in it. I have a background in real estate and wanted to learn more. I had just aquired my first rental property at the time and was interested in having more rentals for the income. The speakers at the three-day event were absolutely wonderful. They seemed to have done what they were teaching which made it feel more doable. The bus tour was great, I liked it a lot. I'm not very outgoing so the party, jump up and down atmosphere was different for me. I did ok with it though, although I enjoyed going through the houses more. Seeing the houses and applying the system to them was great education. They broke us up into teams and had some friendly competition. I guess they are trying to help people like me who are more introverted and to get comfortable with networking. The support that I've received from Armando's group has been incredible. I've been working with a mentor who is there to help in any way I need. I was working on a deal and my mentor was with me every step of the way. He spent so much time with me, he was able to work with me on my computer remotely and was out of this world in his help. I've also taken the Master Mentor three-day class. I think the Master Mentors class was the best investment out of all the Armando courses. I've been working on a couple of deals so far and feel that soon something will go through. I would recommend this program.

I found out about Armando Montelongo's real estate investing program through Facebook. They were saying I would learn how to buy and flip houses and make money. I went to the three-day weekend up near Tampa, Florida with my husband first. After leaving this event I was confident that I would be able to do it. We also did the bus tour, Armando gave us the do's and don't's. We took notes, we were learning and we were also having fun. The second day we got on the bus and we walked through properties. He taught us how to identify foundation problems, etc. Now while I'm doing real estate and I run across foundation problems I'm able to identify them because of this course. I've been doing wrok wtih subcontractors to remodel homes and sell them. I mainly do 3 bedroom 2 baths and I do exactly what Armando trained us to do. I tune into the webinars and am involved with my Wolf Pack, and over time I have gotten better and better. I keep in touch with some of the people that I met on the bus tour and we're able to help each other when we need it.
