If you are looking for a business that over promises and UNDER delivers, this is the place. We received a price for transporting a vehicle and were told that we would receive the truck on their next pick-up, as they travel to this destination every week. After four weeks of unresponsive and unprofessional service, we contracted with another company, who delivered as promised.

I have purchased twice from Cottonwood Motors and will always buy from these guys when I am in the market. I have worked with Rob Rideout in both instances and I can recommend him with confidence as I know him to be a highly ethical, good person.



One thing I really like is that in both cases I told him the car I was looking for and through their strong network of relationships they were able to track down the exact car quickly. If you are in the market you should give these guys a shot.

I hired this company to transport a brand new vehicle for me. They promised me they would deliver a within certain two day window but that day came and went without even a phone call. I had to call them multiple times and when they finally called me back they would give me the run around saying it would be coming soon and they are trying to find a driver. Tim Rideout was the most unprofessional business man I have ever dealt with. After 3 days of not hearing from him, I left Tim a voice mail threatening to call the police and sue for breach of contract. Of course he called me 5 minutes later. I told him to just take the vehicle back to the dealership so I could find another shipper. These people are nothing but fraudulent conmen. Do not do business with these people!

We purchased a vehicle from Cottownwood Motors, and have had nothing but a bad experience.



Payoff not sent in a timely manner,

Plates have not been received to this date the plate given expired ,

Sales very rude, suggestion customer service school,

Called several times, have been told they would return calls, this has never been done.

No follow up on agreed contract, to fix specific things on car

Car purchased has had an oil leak since time of purchase



I have never had this kind of experience in buying a car before.... I would not recommend anyone to purchase a car from this car lot.
