From our experience with DDahle Mazda I would guess that a majority of any good reviews are fraudulent.

It started pleasant enough, I found a RAV4 online and made financing arrangements. We test drive the car and the oil light flickered on stops and there was a slight rattle noise but I was reassured they would check the oil and look it over. We took home our 8000$ car ( after putting 2000 down)

When we woke up there was about a quart of oil on the driveway. They had us bring it in to check out the rattle and to fix the leak.

Then one of the tires cracked from a "stress fracture" 4 new tires needed.

Still trying to figure out the rattle noise as it was getting louder. D dahle could t find it of course. My mechanic said possible the exhaust manifold gasket so we repaired that. It was damaged but didn't fix the rattle.

We brought it to our mechanic again, it was a bad piston rod. New engine needed. D dahle agreed but since we've had the car now almost two months it's our problem. Though they offered to pay half of 8000$ to give us a new engine at their shop. My mechanic will charge 3200. When we suggested using our mechanic they have now said they won't cover any part of the repairs. Seems fishy. Beware!!!!!!!

Overall very happy with the buying experience. We visited 4 dealerships, some of them multiple times, looking at a variety of makes and models. Matt Wilson was far and away the most professional, knowledgeable and personable sales person we encountered. Within about 60 seconds of meeting us he had used a few key questions to identify exactly the trim we would want and quickly got us test driving. He made the experience fun and answered every question we had to our complete satisfaction.

We told him we didn't plan to purchase for another month. Matt checked in with us regularly via email to let us know he was available to answer an new questions that might come up. He made sure to let us know he was not wanting to pressure us in any way, and asked if the amount of contact felt appropriate. What a contrast to the other dealerships that sent a single email or text to say thanks for coming in (or in one case did nothing at all), and never followed up in any personal way that made us feel they really wanted our business.

It was clear that Matt knows and loves the cars, and knows and loves working with people. We were very grateful to get him as our salesperson, and immediately felt loyal to him. Karen Burns in finance also was a pleasure to work with and made the money part of the experience feel smooth and comfortable. You guys have a great team, and I would definitely recommend the experience to a friend.

I just bought my first car, and couldn't be more impressed! I spent the day with John, going back and forth between cars, and he was so patient and helpful! I found the perfect car, and they worked with me on getting it for the price that I wanted as well! I would highly recommend coming here to get a car.

D Dahle Mazda is the best dealership I have ever worked with. All of the salesmen are so helpful and knowledgable about all their cars, and always willing to do whatever it takes to get their customers a car that fits their personal and financial needs.

The building is very clean, and the front desk receptionists are always so friendly and helpful.

I had the opportunity to work with Matt Rosner when buying my car, and he was willing to stay late to meet with me, he was very knowledgable about all of the cars we looked at, and didn't make me feel pressured or bullied like other dealerships tend to do. He showed me that Mazdas are great, safe, family-friendly cars with qualities I wouldn't be able to find in another vehicle.

I am extremely impressed wit D Dahle Mazda and everyone who works there. I won't ever go anywhere else to buy a car, and appreciate all of the pressure-free help I received.

When visiting Mazda it wasn't like walking on Ford, Nissan, and all those other places. I didn't feel like just another piece of meat a wolf pack snagged. literally the other dealerships felt like the salesmen were wolfs. Not Mazda. Jesse Christiansen (salesman) helped me out tremendously, felt like i was talking to a friend, and was simply a breath of fresh air. Yes it is a pressure free buying zone. Go to D. Dhale Mazda of Murray and you will not be let down.

Jon McCarter was awesome. A perfect buying experience. He and the entire team really worked to get us a great deal on a great car. My wife is ecstatic about her new Mazda and I don't feel like we got pushed or pressured into anything. Will definitely recommend and buy again.
