Discount Tire

I had to stop at this Discount tire twice in the last week. The first time I had to fix a tire on a trailer. I understand that the store closes at 5 on Saturday and I walked in about 4:35. So like anyone that needed a tire or a fix, I thought I had walked in before they closed. But it became obvious I was mistaking. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes one employee ( I assume a manager as he was in a different shirt, but not sure) walked in and made a snappy comment about people walking in when they are closing. As I look at the clock I see they don't close for 15 minutes. Very uncomfortable to say the least. I must have been wasting their time. And that's how they made a few of the people there feel including me.

The second time was today, all I needed was two new tires for my Jeep. I had just bought two new tires from them about 3000 miles ago to go on the front of the Jeep, so those two tires are still brand new. Yet the sales person still tells me he will not sale me two tires, I need to buy 4 new tires. WHAT???????? My two front tires have less than 3000 miles on them, WHY WOULD I BUY TWO MORE TO REPLACE BRAND NEW TIRES?????? So needless to say, he informed me I could do all the work and still pay the same price if they did the job but get two new tires. All I can say, YOU NEED AL ATTITUDE AJUSTMENT!!!!!! Stay away from this store and spend you time at another store or shop. Don't waste your time at the 4500 south store as you are very likely to get mad and frustrated when you can be happy somewhere else. As for me I have bought tires for 8 vehicles from them and now??????? They have convinced me to take my business somewhere else. So thanks to 4500 South 120 East store. You will not see me again.
