Phil is great! He makes sure that I get monthly statements promptly, works his hardest to find tenants for the empty units and is able to keep the building filled most of the time.

We have 2 rentals that were kept well maintained and rented out. The cost were kept minimal over the years. Thanks very much for all your help.
