Working with Susie as my property manager has been very easy. My house is well-maintained, the tenants are wells screened and I have a peace of mind.

I rate M & M and Jim as highly professional. Of course, I understand there is always chemistry involved between property owner and manager, and it takes some luck to find the right property manager for each individual. I highly recommend M & M Property Management.

Recently we sold our rental property and used Tri Chikami as our broker. Well, it couldn’t have gone smoother! We did all the paper work by email and Teri was excellent at making it all seem easy. I was referred to MM property by Brad of AMC for managing our rental home in Folsom. Anna of MM Property Management has done an exceptional job in getting the property ready after we moved out. She diligently showed the home to many interested parties, and now we have an application to rent the home we are very thankful to MM properties for the professional and courteous service.

My property manager has been doing a good job for us. She returns calls promptly and keeps us fairly informed on our property. I’ve had no problems with M and M property management.
