        The Roanoke Animal Hospital has served the Roanoke Valley since 1954. Dr. Bennet Carraway was the hospital’s founding father. One of Dr. Ricks’ greatest honors was to have been mentored by him for four years before he took over leadership and ownership of the hospital. Located in northeastern N.C. along the scenic Roanoke River and Lake Gaston, Roanoke Animal Hospital is a certified American Animal Hospital Association member at the highest recognized standard of excellence.         I am very paranoid about my ca...

        I am very paranoid about my cat, she's my baby. but even my mom agrees that these people must have done something nasty to her. I had my cat spayed there was she was a kitten. Sweetest little kitten, would get in your lap never bit. After the vet appointment she was very afraid and scratched and hissed a lot. Still like that today. I know these people were too rough with her, I just can't prove it. I've NEVER taken her back and would rather drive to Rocky Mount if I had to.
