My dogs love this vet. They have great vets, vet techs and front desk. They have Saturday hours and use longer lasting vaccines than my former vet, which makes a huge difference when I am taking my dogs to the groomer and to board. I am very impressed with the knowledge and expertise of the vet. Highly recommend.

After being a customer here for 20 yrs. I ordered a rx. online Dr. Lawrence wouldn’t sign the rx. for the company. I had to go pick up the hand written rx.’s & pay $5.00 each, I have 2 dogs, so $10.00 in total. I guess that $10.00 was more important to her than me as a customer. She’s got her $10.00 & I’ve got a NEW vet. Don’t come here if you order your rx.’s online to save yourself some money. Don’t come here AT ALL because $10.00 is worth more to them then you are.

I'm not too sure. They seem nice enough and my mother trusts them. WE mostly go for baths for my 13 yr old cat. She has to be sedated because she is pretty vicious with the doctors. That said, after an 80 dollar bath and trim, she has come home still wet (she stays there from 8am to 5pm) , he fur is very sticky and spiked, they shave her too close and scratch her skin so badly that we have to go back and BUY antibiotics, her eyes are all jelled up with petroleum jelly (?), she doesn't smell nice. They do a poor job considering my cat is pretty much asleep she can't fight or put up resistance.



I have called once saying that I thought my cat was choking (she was gasping) and guess what? they told me I could come in but who knows how long i'd have to wait! You'd think they have some sort of priority when it comes to walkins (oh this dog just needs a nail trim but this this animal has been hit by a car so let's see this one first).



One of the receptionists is rather short/rude as well.
