Jaw growth problems in adulthood often do not respond well to orthodontic appliance solutions alone. In many cases, jaw surgery – to lengthen or shorten a jaw or shift teeth – may be required to fully correct the problem.
Maxillofacial Surgery
Dr. Greco is the attending orthodontist at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he is an Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Greco is also a faculty member at Einstein Medical Center’s Deparment of Orthodontics. He has lectured nationally on ethics in orthodontics and temporomandibular joint dysfunction and is an Associate Editor of The American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics (AJODO). Superlative experience with Greco Orthodontics, start to end, front of the office to the back. Dr. Greco led an efficient *and* caring orthodontics team, including his hygienists and office support. I always felt at ease when I went in for monthly appointments. And I always left knowing I had had the best work done on/for my teeth. Dr. Greco deserves extra recognition for working extremely well with a local oral surgeon to address an underbite that needed correcting. Dr. Greco was crystal clear about how he and the other doctor wanted to address the issue, as well as the timeline for care and how it would affect my work and travel. Because of his transparency, I was able to receive the care I needed *and* manage my daily life and responsibilities without a worry. For these reasons, I can't recommend Greco Orthodontics highly enough. This ought to be the *first* place you consult if you're looking for this kind of care in the greater Philadelphia region.
Invisalign Orthodontics
