        TERRIBLE customer service!!! Will never go back again!

        I went in for a retreatment of a root canal. Dr. Lin did a great job and I am greatly appreciative of his work, however the office manager or whoever is at the front desk has treated me the worst I have ever been treated in dealing with any medical facility.

        First of all, she gets my insurance info, checks with them and guarantees me that my insurance is paying for 80% of the costs. I called back a couple of days before the appointment to double check and she says everything was double checked and is ready. After the treatment she called me and said the insurance refused me case and now I have to pay them $1500 at once! When I confronted her with her previous reassurances about double checking everything and asked to talk to the office manager, she hung up on me!!

        Because of the way I was treated at this office, I will NEVER EVER go back again and so far have made two of my friends to change their dental office as well!!
