I found Pine Castle Pet Cremation Service, many years ago and had the honor to meet the most pleasant person - Terry. I LOVE my pets, so I wanted them to have the honor too, by having them go respectfully.



Everytime and I'm sad to say - many times, I had to call Terry and he's always there when you call. He's always very understanding of your lost and helps you thorough it.

We cannot express enough the kindness and compassion Terry showed us during a extremely difficult for our family. We only wish our daughter would have accompanied us and had the pleasure of your acquaintance, perhaps would help ease her pain . Our dog Mylo was a loyal and lovable dog for 10 wonderful years and then suddenly became sick. We wanted to have Mylo cremated as quickly as possible instead of waiting around for the vet to have a company (from out of town) pick him up and can take up to a couple weeks. Also, when I found out that those crematories do mass cremations and therefore get remains from other animals and even humans.



We dropped Mylo off to Terry at Pinecastle Pet Cremation Service and in a couple hours Terry called to tell us to up to pick him up and take him home. Terry has a great selection of urns and was very affordable.

We just got back from picking up our 105 pound German Shepard's ashes. We and Bear were treated with great respect and caring by Terry. We had to put Bear down yesterday in the morning, and put him in Terry's hands yesterday at 1:30 PM. The caring and patience that Terry demonstrated really helped us through a difficult day. We were able to pick the urn out with Terry letting us know that the Florida Mall had a store that could engrave a plaque for it.



If you looking for a caring service for your pet, Terry is the man. And he will not charge you an arm and a leg, very very reasonable.

After reading he other glowing reviews for this business, I chose to also use it at this most difficult time. My cat Tigger went to sleep forever in my arms in the early morning of Saturday July 30. I called and spoke with Terry, a most kind and compassionate gentleman, who arranged for me to come in. He spent a lot of time with me, talking with me about my Tigger and allowed me to cry and share some wonderful memories, He made this difficult task much easier to deal with. He definitely runs a people and pet oriented business, not merely concerned about doing a job and gettng paid for it. He made sure that Tigger would be able to come back home with me the same day, which was very comforting. I hope no one needs to make use of his services, but if you do, I would most highly recommend Terry to help you take care of you needs in a very professional, but extremely sensitive manner. The industry is blessed to have a man like him to help people in times of sorrow with kindness and respect. God bless you Terry!

Superb emphasis on service and sensitivity along with prompt actions. Does all possible to provide same day service, including holidays. Terry, the owner provides these aspects. Expenses are very economical. You'll see a nice variety of urns. The location and business are not fancy, in fact bare bones, being in a location with a series of other small businesses. However, the service and sensitivity along with economics far out way any issues one may have about going to a fancy place with lots of overhead for which you pay a much larger price. Go here is you care about promptness, economics, service, sensitivity.

Terry was wonderful. He was so kind and caring. December 9, 2008 was one of the hardest days of my life. He let me take my time to get the words out, it was devastating saying goodbye to my beloved Millie that morning. His caring attitude and concern for her memory meant the world to me. More than just my cat, she was my best friend. I miss her so badly. Thanks to Terry, part of MIllie's physical being remains with me with that little bit of fur he saved for me. I can't say enough good things about Terry. I only know that he is highly recommended to my friends and family. When the time comes that my other cat Maiya has to leave me, Terry will be the only one I will call to handle things for me. Gld bless you Terry for everything that you did for me and Millie.
