Terry is the only pet crematory open on the weekends, and originally this was our reason for selecting Pine Castle. However, after meeting Terry it was clear that we were at the right place. He is kind, gentle, genuine and professional. There are certain people that find their calling in this world and Terry is one of them. We couldn't be more satisfied with the level of comfort and service during this difficult time. We would recommend him to anyone with a pet.

I appreciate Terry and all he did for me when my dog Buddy passed on... Terry was more than willing to accommodate my schedule and meet with me anytime, day or night. I have to say, I am so thankful I found Terry. My lovely cat, Oscar, of 12 years had to be put to sleep this past Saturday. I had already did my research and called Terry several weeks prior, as we knew the time was coming. He was loosing his battle with cancer. I called Terry the night before to let him know, and he was right there to meet us the next morning. He was so tender and personable. He made one of our most difficult days of our life bearable. His caring spirit and true love for our Oscar, as if he was his, was so comforting. With out a doubt, he is one fine man. Thank-you Terry! We've never had to deal with making the horrendous decision of how to deal with the end of our fur baby's life. My husband left a message Saturday evening for Terry and he called us back on Sunday. We had to put our baby in a cooler and thought we'd have to wait until Monday and that was pretty hard. But Terry told us to come on over and we would take care of it that day.

He is a very warm, kind and considerate man and he understands that our pets are our babies. He walked us through the process and we were able to pick out a beautiful urn that served our purpose. We went to the mall for about an hour and Terry called us when it was time to take Tiger home. He gave us a bag of his hair and whiskers, and a lovely certificate. Terry made this a much easier thing to go through and he does it with great dignity and respect.

Terry was such a blessing to our family today. He accommodated us so quickly and was very respectful and welcoming to us in our family's time of need. We lost our sweet boy, Toby today and he helped us immediately and was so kind to us throughout the process. We would highly recommend him and his services to anyone that encounters the loss of one of your furry family members. I found Terry and I have to say what a true blessing from God. He was able to take care of my needs within a few hours of my first phone call to him. He is professional and pleasant to deal with. Aside from taking care of my Susie, who was with me for 18 yrs, he also suggested a lock of hair. Terry is the finest in the business. We lost our best friend, Snickers, and though we had never prepared for such a thing, we found Terry to be a blessing from God.

He's honest and kind and flexible to a fault. We would recommend him to anyone. He knows how important pets are to a loving family and he gives them the same dignity you would give any other family member. We have other pets and sadly, they won't live forever, but we will call on Terry again when it's time because he has earned our trust.

We lost our baby cockatiel Ollie and took him to Terry to get cremated. Terry was great, super nice, and genuinely caring. We didn't have to give him Ollie and then wait a day or two to get him back. He did it right then. He was very thoughtful and even saved some of his little feathers for us to remember Ollie by. I was so touched by this. So thoughtful of him. He is the best and if you are going though a loss of any pet, he will make it easier. I loved that he said that no matter what the pet, for that family, that little pet was a part of their family. It is so true. Highly recommended and even though we told him we hope not to cross paths again, we will use him again if any unforeseen circumstances occur.

When our sweet Koda was diagnosed with an inoperable adrenal pheochromocytoma in March, we were devastated. The last 3 months were bittersweet as we made the most of everyday we had with her. When she passed away on Saturday, it was a tremendous relief to when Terry answered the phone and made himself available first thing Sunday morning, so she would not have to be left in a cooler somewhere. He had even offered to open his doors late Saturday night if we had wanted. His compassion and understanding at the initial meeting reassured me that we had chosen the right place. We were able to drop her off in the morning, attend church, and then pick her up the same day, so we were never home without her. Though I was initially concerned about the non-functioning website, I am grateful that the reviews led me to Terry and Pine Castle, and would recommend them to anyone else unfortunate enough to need their services.

I give Pine Castle Pet Cremation Service my highest recommendation. With only a few hours notice, Terry made time on an evening for me to bring my dog Crystal in for cremation. I went to the mall for about 90 minutes and came back for Crystal the same evening. Terry is a very nice man and seems genuinely compassionate and understanding. While I hope not to have to return any time soon, I know that I will again use Pine Castle Pet Cremation Service when necessary.

Our beloved German Shepherd unexpectedly

passed away April 12, 2014. We called Terry Saturday morning and he helped us pick up Fubar from the Emergency Clinic. We were able to say our goodbyes and clip some fur. Terry treated Fubar with dignity and helped ease our pain. Thank you again Terry, for your empathy, compassion and understanding.

We lost our family cat, Bruno on March 1, 2014. Having heard horror stories about mass pet cremations and how you can never be sure you get your pet back. We decided to call Pine Castle at the recommendation of a vet tech and we are 100% glad that we did. He treated us with so much compassion and was extremely helpful from beginning to end. He met us after hours and even prepared our Bruno to come home with us that very same night so we could stay in the area and not have to come back from Altamonte. He truly went above and beyond for us through this difficult time. Bruno was our baby and had been in our family for 15 yrs and the thought of getting ashes that weren't Bruno's terrified us. I lost my sweet precious cat FAITH on 2/10/14 and I feel like I lost a child. She was my heart and the joy I had in my life. She was only 5 years old. The loss I feel is unbearable. When I found Terry and called him he treated me like he knew me for years. He was so compassionate and caring. Told me when I was ready to bring Faith to him he would be waiting. When we got there he showed me around and let me have the time to say my last goodbyes. Never pressured me to hurry. Told me take all the time I needed and he would be waiting. He handled Faith with such love and compassion. I knew my girl was in good hands. He also has absolutely beautiful urns for you to place the ashes in and they are all handcrafted. With heavy hearts, last night we made the decision to let our sweet pit bull Bud go...all day we knew it was coming so we called Terry beforehand and he said to just call him when we wanted to come. It was after 6 when we called him and he said he'd be waiting for us. When we got there he was very patient, friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Everything was explained and we were shown around. We had Bud for nearly nine years and it verged on feeling like we lost our child, our son. I can't say enough nice things about Terry. From the moment I called him and explained my situation his tone of voice changed to a level of compassion and understanding.
