We recently lost our precious little bird and wanted to cremate him as soon as possible. He passed away on a Saturday afternoon and we contacted them right away. We were able to drop him off at their facility on Sunday and picked him up on Monday. Terry and his staff were such a pleasure to deal with. It made our bird's easier to deal with. My husband and I cannot overemphasize their professionalism. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their service.

Terry the owner is truly our Angel sent to help us through this very difficult time.
He not only treated us the way he would want to be treated if it were his pet, he radiated compassion.
Our dog Diamond of 16 years passed on a Sunday
and Terry actually came and opened his business at 7pm at night after flying home from Arizona and we took him home 90 min. later. Our whole family would like to tell everyone who wants a real PRIVATE cremation you will get just that ,it will be so special.

On Saturday nighg, my sweet rat Monkey passed away from a heart condition and old age. He meant a lot to me. We called around and found out that Terry would be there on Sunday, for us to bring him in. Upon meeting Terry I was relieved, he is a very professional and caring person. He even saved some hair and whiskers for me, which I had not even thought of. The whole experience was very comforting. It only took about 45 minutes and I was able to pick up my little guys remains. He has very affordable urns and Terry even had the necklace I wanted. I wont go anywhere else for this service and highly recommend going here. Thank-you very much for being so compassionate Terry.

Our cat Rowan passed away on a Saturday at 3p. When my husband went online looking for cremation I was afraid we would have to wait until Tuesday, this being the 4th of July weekend. We found Pine Castle and Terry , the most understanding and caring person I've ever met in all my years using cremation services. He said he'd be ready for us as soon as we arrived and would have Rowan ready in less than an hour and 15min from drop off time. He's available basically 24/7, as he has someone to cover for him if he's away.



We had a 50 minute drive ahead of us to reach him and on the way I called to ask if he had a way of taking Rowan's paw print for us, he said absolutely and indeed made several prints of her right front paw.



Four hours after Rowan passed in our arms she was back home with us. I will never use another service as long as I'm in central Fl. I can take solace in the fact that she was cremated privately with dignity and respect by Terry as if she were his own. I'm so thankful.

06/11/2016 found this service doing a search online I was very happy /that the hours are great 7 days a week and I was very pleased with Terry he is very sincere and handled everything with great service at a very hard time with the loss of Manny the beloved Cat I would recommend this place to everyone. We recently had to put our 11 1/2 year old dog to sleep. We contacted Terry and requested that he do a private cremation. He picked up our dog from the vets office and had the cremation completed exactly when he said it would be done. He is such a caring and professional individual. He made an unbelievably sad event, bearable. He even gave us a bag of our dogs hair, which we had forgotten to get. We cannot thank him enough for his kindness.

Before I had to put my dog of 14 yrs to sleep I got in touch with Terry. He explained how he will take care of my pet when the time came. When that time came 3/25/16 Terry was so thoughtful of me and my lost during this difficult time. He is someone whom really cares.

I'm a bird guy. Last August, my dove Sonya passed away. Upon seeking private cremation service, I found Pine Castle Pet Cremation. Terry, the owner, was away consulting on a new crematory. He arranged for his associate Mike to perform the service. Mike took great care of my bird. A positive experience all around.



When another dove passed recently, I called but didn't get an immediate response. Terry was mid-flight cross-country from an installation job. As soon as his plane landed, I received a return call. We set an appointment for that evening even though he'd been up since 4am!



I said goodbye to Lance and shared life stories with Terry. He's a soothing presence in this time of grief. He understands the pain of losing of a pet. Pine Castle only performs private cremations.

Our beloved cat Apollo passed away on Saturday night and my husband found Terry's cremation service online. I called Sunday morning and by 3 pm that same day my sweet baby Apollo was back in our home. This has been a difficult time for me and Terry's service was fast and easy and affordable. He made this difficult time easier and I'm so glad that Apollo is already back home with us. His service is highly recommended and I'm very glad we went with him.

To make a sad long story a short one: we were in need of cremation for our dog. I saw the great reviews here for Pine Castle and now see why. Terry is there to provide a caring service for his customers and is open 24/7.

Our beloved Obi Wan Kenobi was our constant, faithful companion for 11 years. A beautiful Weimaraner who rescued us when he was approximately 1 1/2 or 2 years old. Obi was diagnosed in 2013, at the U of Fl, with wobblers syndrome which is a degenerative nerve condition. Unfortunately, after 2 years, it became clear it was time to help him cross over and become whole again. He let us know it was his time, he was ready but that did not make it easy. Thankfully I found someone to come to our home. The transition was so loving and peaceful. But what to do after? We did not want to bury Obi in our yard, what if we move? We live in an area with a lot of wild animals, what if something dug him up. We decided on cremation but were told it could be days or weeks before Obi would be returned to us. I found Terry. Terry is an angel sent directly from above to help us make the final arrangements for our fur babies. I called and left a message. Terry was in NY the day I called but he called me right back. He was on his way home to Orlando and would be available the day we needed him. Just speaking with him brought incredible comfort. He assured me that I only needed to call and let him know I was on my way. He would be waiting and I would be able to pick Obi up the same afternoon. Terry is so kind and compassionate. He treats each pet as if it were his own. He treats each person and their loved one with love, respect and dignity. I do not know how I would have gotten through Obi’s passing on September 25th without Terry. In today’s world where character and ethics are rare, Terry stands out like a beacon of light. Terry is the most professional and trustworthy person I have met in a very long time. The minute you meet, you feel like you are reuniting with a dear friend. I cannot find appropriate words to express my appreciation to Terry. I would never go anywhere else. You will not find anyone more kind and compassionate to trust with your loved one. Thank you Terry from the bottom of my heart.

After a long battle with several endocrine diseases, it was time to lay our baby Diamond to rest. It was an unexpected day, but of course your are never quite ready for such a tragic event to occur. Driving to the vet clinic, looking down at our precious dog, all I can think about is, "What can we do to ensure she passes comfortably?" Terry, was the Angel on Earth that answered our prayers. It was a Saturday afternoon on June 6th, and Terry's business was already closed. However, he offered to return to the location and re-open his office just for us. I was in awe because, I wanted to ensure that our baby Diamond would be well taken care off. And she was! Terry is compassionate. He was understanding and you can see how truly open he was to assisting us during this very difficult time. He was patient, as we cried and tried to cope. We were able to pick up the beautiful remains of our baby girl the very next day. And, although we were heartbroken, having the opportunity to have her back so soon was a calming feeling. Since I work in a veterinary clinic, I know most clients wait weeks for the remains of their pets to be returned to them. We are so truly grateful for Terry's kindness, prompt work, and God truly blessed him with a passion that can help bring comfort to others. I will recommend him to my clients! Ron,Karen The loss of a family member can be one of the hardest events someone will have to deal with. Our companion Border Collie Zack of 16 years was the best. His illness was short and he left us on his own terms on a June 14, 2015 a Sunday morning. Now comes the hard part, what do we do? I have chosen cremation for myself and so has my wife. Question who do you use for our best friend and family member. Wll they handle our loved one with dignity, with compassion not only towards our loved one but even us. I called several places, some were closed, so we waited till Monday morning to call others. Did some reseach of reviews and narrowed it down to three. After calling all, Pine Castle being the last one. After getting off the phone with Terry, I knew I had found the right person. He has a wealth of compassion and knowledge. Everyone else gave quotes and were somewhat distant, this was our Loved One. Others treated it as though it was a drop off, Terry was willing to let us stay thru the process, no else would. Red flag for me, or charge additonal fee if you stayed, not Terry. He more than once asked what would be convient for us, not the other way aound, like others had, Open and honest from the begining with great caring. I would highly recommend this man to anyone who finds themselve in this situtation. God Bless you Terry, the world is a better place with humans like you.

Our kitty unexpectedly passed a few weeks ago. We had no idea what to do. Terry was amazing! Very kind, gentle, and patient. He was so understanding in our time of grief and loss. Thank you so much Terry.

On 3/25/15 I received a call that my baby Kason (Pit-Lab Mixed) had tried jumping our backyard fence & hung himself & died. I didn't know what to do & who to call. I called 411 to see if they could send someone from SPCA to come get him & maybe bury him somewhere, but deep down inside I couldn't see myself burying my Kason under ground . He was a great dog & would've made 2yrs old this Sept, he was my baby boy! After the 411 agent told me because I was his owner I would have to dispose of his body on my own, Me & My boyfriends heart broke. We were so devastated & lost. My mom (Mercedes) mentioned getting him cremated & so threw Google we found Mr Terry. What a blessing this was! Mr Terry was so understanding, compassionate & sincere for our loss. It was pretty late but he listened as we explained what happened & guided us to his shop. His services were affordable, especially for such an unexpected expense & very professional. Terry comforted my family & I as we said our last goodbyes to our baby Kason. Terry advised us to remember all the great times we shared with Kason & that really made us smile, in which I needed after crying all day. Mr Terry provided us with a yearn for free, so I bought 2 chains with personal yearns that held Kasons ashes in it so Me & My Boyfriend could carry him close to our hearts forever. I was able to bring my Kason home the next day in his yearn & Terry was nice enough to provide us with a death certificate, lock of his hair & a paw print. A few days after Terry treated Me, My Boyfriend & My Mother out for breakfast in his beautiful 1986 Jaguar! Words can't express how grateful My family & I are for meeting Mr Terry & having him make this unfortunate situation less stressful for us to handle. How can one begin to describe the ineffable magnetism of a gentle man, knowledgeable, empathic, and extraordinarily honest when meeting Terry. Well, it happened on a Saturday night, March 28, 2015, when my wife and I both lost a precious kin, our beloved cat, Tempest, after 15 long years of steadfast companionship. I called the Pine Castle Pet Crematorium late that night on a weekend -when all businesses of sort are understandably closed- only to be surprised by a voice on the other end of my phone. It was Terry who was not in his office but rather driving to some engagement of which he was already late. He nevertheless took time out (while driving through the dark roads) to talk but mostly listen to the conversation at hand. He then ensured me he would open up his business the following morning (Sunday!) to accommodate the laborious weight of placing our beloved one into his care.



Well, the next morning, my wife and I both arrived at our destination, which at first glance appeared to be a nondescript area forsaken by progress. We thought perhaps we were lost when out of the blue appeared a regal-looking, full white-haired man of simplistic stature. It reminded me of the arcane saying: "... when the student is ready, the master appears." Or so that was my first impression. And what we learned about the man in one hour will stay with us for quite some time. But more importantly what will linger even longer is his compassion for animals, people, and ethics, where sadly, so many of his professional peers lack. I, personally, perhaps because I grew up in New York City, hardly ever compliment a person when first meeting them. It's just the way I am I suppose. But rather than shake his hand formally and thank him afterward, I suppressed an urge to hug him, as long-lost friends on rare occasions do. He handled Tempest as if he was an angel. And he equilibrated the angst and grief of my wife with peace and smiles.



Pine Castle Pet Cremation Services is truly the place to go where your pets will be treated with the utmost care. If only he did humans I would truly submit myself in advance when my time comes. My doggie Macho died this Sunday February 15, 2015. Yes, yesterday while I was at work. I didn't know what to do or who to call. I started searching the web and came accross this site. Terry knew how to calm me down and take me through the arrangement of what to expect and that he would handle everything. He took care of my baby Macho and now Macho has a nrw home and is eith me at home gor ever. Thank you Terry.

My cat Buddy passed away on a Saturday. After reading reviews about Terry and Pine Castle Pet Crematory I decided to give them a try. Terry arranged to meet me an hour after I called. His kind words and genuine compassion made it a lot easier for me. He performed the cremation within two hours and I took my Buddy home. I would highly recommend Terry to anyone and everyone as he is an awesome person and treats your pet as if it is his own..

Terry was kind from the very first phone call. I was in tears, having just found out that we needed to put our sweet Hana to sleep the following day. He told me to call him when we were ready to come and since we were from another town nearby that he would perform a private cremation that same day so that we didn't have to make two trips. He handled our sweet girl with so much compassion that it made our depressing task a little less so. We went to lunch and then he called us within a couple of hours to tell us that "Hana was ready to go home." I would recommend Terry without reservation and when the time comes again, he is the only person I will consider for our Max. I hope that is a long time away but I know Terry will be the same when that time comes. Thank you Terry for everything you did to make us feel better about Hana's passing.
