National Car Rental

I use National Car for every rental car that I have made in the last 5 years. The Emerald Aisle club is the best thing to use period. It is very fast and easy. In Orlando, we get our bags, walk across the street and into our rent a car and out the parking lot in less than 10 minutes. This was the first time that I had to add a day to my rental car from 6 days to 7 days and I made a phone call and everything went smooth. Their customer service is excellent. This time when I went to Orlando, their price was a little higher for a week rental but their service and Emerald Aisle is worth it. I will still only use them.

Love Emerald Aisle! It is a smooth and efficient process. But for this rental, which was a pick up at 1am on 04/01/15, there were 4 cars to choose from. While that is acceptable and we got the class of car that we were guaranteed, we are usually greeted with a bigger selection. This is no way affected our 14 day rental. Very satisfied!!

Reservation went smoothly, staff at Orlando airport were excellent. we were greeted by a friendly staff person at the kiosk at 1:00 a.m. and directed to the lot. Quick and easy pick up and drop off with staff readily available to assist us. Email receipt arrived in our in box as we walked away from the car! Very satisfied.

Being an Emerald Club member, it was such a breeze using Orlando National - we just hopped into a car and drove up to the booth and drove off into the sunset, literally. Couple minor glitches - the National representative tried to purposely guide us to an upgrade & be VERY deceiving about the cost when we intentionally picked a compact car - very sneaky National!! Also, since I am Emerald Club personally through my company (my company is tax exempt) the rep checking us out could not comprehend that a personal expense is NOT tax exempt. Our apologies to the 15 plus cars that had to sit in line behind us and wait while she tried to comprehend this! So - 20 minutes later and a few communication barrier later (habla usted Ingles?). Overall - they made the price good, the check-in was easier and all was right with the world.

National was good as always. The only issue was the car from Emerald lineup did not have a full tank of gas that I did not see until leaving. Overall car was fine.

Love National and their Emerald club. Pick up is easy, drop off is easy. Best selection of cars! The only complaint would be that they didn't clean our cup holders and it looked like someone had spilled coffee in them. But we love them and always choose them!

National at Orlando Airport is great!!! Everyone is VERY accommodating! Marcos in the garage was so nice and Mark, the manager inside was more than helpful! I highly recommend National

When I got to the garage for my vehicle I asked the woman employee where the Emerald Club row was so I could upgrade from my mid sized rental.....She told me I wasn't eligible for that and in my rush I took what she gave me.....I found out later that she was wrong and I spent a week in a vehicle that could barely fit all of my work equipment....Other than that the car was fine but employees need to know the benefits offered to Emerald Club members.....I didn't get what I should have....

We just love National's great service and really like being able to pick out the car of our choice from the Emerald Isle since we joined the Emerald club.

Last week while leaving Orlando I accidentally dropped my jacket. Once I noticed, I turned back to look for it and found that the gentleman that helped me with the car return was not far behind me with jacket in hand. I was so thankful...it was -2 degrees back home! Thanks for going the extra mile to help!

My experience renting a car from national was exceptionally good. I took the time to join the Emerald Club. which allowed me To walk right out of the airport pick which car I want and leave.the best rental experience I've ever had Thank You national.

I rented a car last week. Selection and processing were fast. Variety of cars at selection was not good compared to previous visits. The car I picked had the engine light on for the week.

I rented a vehicle from this location and was happy with the car and check-in/out process. What really made my day was the fact they contacted me after I left my cell phone in the car when I was rushing to catch my flight. The phone arrived quickly and I really appreciate their service. I cannot imagine a better, cheaper and faster way to find the right quality car for my family in an airport. We were delighted. Great Job. It was all made simple.
