I am always impressed by how quickly I get out of MCO using National. Great service and great cars to choose from. The return was super quick and only a few steps from the terminal. Thanks National for being where I needed you.

Great service as usual. I got an emerald aisle car in orlando airport. It was an Altima in very good condition. Did not have any problem picking or returning the car.

Even though I reserved a car in advance, the car that they had was filthy. I had to run the wipers multiple times before I could see out the windshield. There were no other cars to choose from and the national representative did not offer us any alternatives when I said we did not want this car.

I've never used a car rental on a trip, but had an Emerald Club membership through my employer. When we planned our 13-year-overdue vacation, I used National just because I already had that membership & I'm so glad I did! We had alot to do in just a few days, so I didn't need any surprises or snags to slow us down. I didn't know what to expect, but getting into our car & out of the Orlando airport was super quick and easy! I picked out a little Nissan Versa, and my 10 yr old daughter fell in love with it so much, she wants one of her own when she turns 16! Returning the car at the airport was also fast & convenient. National made my first out-of-town rental experience a good one & I will definitely use them again!

I have used National as my rental car agency on business trips for years. The staff is usually friendly, courteous and responsive. As an Emerald Club member there is usually a good selection of cars to choose from and it's nice being able to go straight to the car, load the luggage and drive. Returning the car is a breeze and if there is no one around, such as early morning at Norvolk Airport, they just send you the receipt on line. I would reccommend National to anyone!

Always a great experience with National; Orlando site equally great! Easy rental, easy return!

We reserved our car using the National website. As Emerald Club members, rental is easy and pick up a breeze. A friendly National representative directed us to the Emerald Aisle as soon as we appeared and we chose our car. As rentals were taken, new ones would appear. Checkout was fast, as was our return. The only comment I have that may help others is that return signage was a bit confusing as is there is a single return station when you rent through National, Enterprise, and Alamo, with unclear signs. Overall, an excellent experience.

Customer service rep has given me a wrong info about toll policy. Had to pay extra toll myself. Called on the phone, asked that at least they wave portion of toll profit that they make on top of actual toll. No, with tone of voice that also conveyed "we don't care much about your business". BTW, I am business traveler who literally spent many months driving National vehicles.

I made the reservation using my National App without any issues.

Arrived at the Orlando airport and went straight to the aisle and picked the truck of my choice.

Truck handling was very smooth and an excellent driving experience.

I reserved a car on the National's website. When I arrived at the Orlando airport, friendly staff guided me to the aisle where I could pick a car that fitted my reservation. The car was clean, had no visible damage of any kind. Checking out was a breeze and it took less than 30 seconds. I did not have to hassle with staff over collision coverage as LDW was already included. Overall a five-star experience. Will use National for my next car rental.

Got the perfect vehicle off the aisle. A wide variety to choose from. On the road in minutes. Upon return the car was checked in before I even finished getting my personal items out of the car. Receipt was in my email inbox in minutes. Perfect.

We have rented from National in Orlando several times and have had good service until our most recent trip. The car was noisy and the transmission slipped frequently. When we returned the car we were charged a $15 fee due to arriving 10 min late. The folks that handled the return were rude and disrespectful. We have always used National and the Emerald Club but I think next time we will explore other options

We really like National when we visit Orlando. It is nice to be a member of Emerald Club , which is free, so you can select any car on the emerald aisle as long as you pay for an intermediate size car. The agents are always helpful and professional also. National ranks high above other rental companies for value, efficiency, and service. Don K.

National Car Rental is a wonderful company! People at the counter are friendly and helpful as was the attendant in the parking garage. Plenty of selection to choose from and no hassle at all with the return. I frequently use National and will continue to do so.

The people that you return the car to are not familiar with all the intricacies of free days, and are rude. Spare the aggrivation and speak to someone in the management team, they are courteous and helpful.
