I usually get a rental car from Enterprise because I find them to often have the best price, and find their agents easy to work with. I had a minor problem this last time with a tire that kept going flat. Enterprise took care of it in a timely and professional manner.

Renting the vehicle was the easy part. I've been a customer with enterprise for over 8 years. The only issue is I ordered a infant car seat, the car seat was not in the vehicle and the one they offered was too little.

Always use Enterprise and am usually very satisfied but the Orlando experience was not up to standard. I arrived early morning 6am and the lady was very disinterested. I said I had ordered a full size car but only needed a mid size and she said I could change it but still had to pay the higher price. She did not explain the toll road situation and the paper work was folded inside the pink copies of your receipts that you would not naturally look thru . When I asked about how to get to the hotel she said ask at the gate when you go out. Just a little consideration would have been nice.

I flew in after an unplanned 3.5 hour midnight flight. Exhausted and worried, I patiently and kindly waited for the rep to open. Once she was ready she asked if I read the sign and took it from behind the desk to have me read. She proceeded to say, "So you just didn't want to?" I did not see it, but regardless RUDE. I told the manager present when I picked up the actual car and they gave me an upgrade. I just still have a nasty taste thinking of that rude, unhappy woman.

I've used Enterprise before and never have a problem. This time, after arriving at MCO, signing the paperwork and picking up my car, I proceeded to load the car and leave the garage. Once I got past the booth, a warning light went off that I had a low tire. I had to circle back around to drop off. Of course it was late at night and no one was there. Had to walk to find the booth, tell the attendant what was going on. He went back to the car with me, confirmed the warning light and told me he would give me another car. I initially was going to have to drive the new car all the way back around, reload my luggage and then leave. It was hot, muggy, and late and I had already wasted 45 minutes. He ended up helping me with all my bags and taking them to the new car to save time. I did get a $25 discount but the whole experience was frustrating and put me on the road for a 2-hour drive one hour later.

Awesome experience. I was able to reserve a car on my phone while at RDU. Upon landing in MCO, I went down to the desk, signed some paperwork and was informed about where to pick up the car.



Pick up process was easy. The car was nicer than I expected, and drop off was simple. Would use it again.

As a regular user of Enterprise I am hard pressed to find anything bad to say. This trip it was MCO (Orlando Airport). The customer service was top notch as always.
I might add that at SFO was probably the best ever where they had a sign with my name on it directing me from the time I hit the car rental area. Talk about red carpet service! It left me with a good feeling and keeps me coming back.

I see others have had poor experiences, and I am very customer service focused, so I get the anger and frustration when you are spending your money for good service.
I would say to those people is to give them another chance to prove they can do better. Also, keep calling them out when they do wrong, so they can improve.

Thank you MCO staff for another great Enterprise experience.

I am a regular user of Enterprise and I have found that the staff at all locations try their best to solve the problems and suggest the best solution for you. On this occasion seeing our luggage size the CSR gave us an option of three cars and suggested the one with largest boot size for our case. I might have gone for another car due to brand loyalty, but his suggestion made my day. It is the small things that matters and set the trend for bigger things. Good job Enterprise.

I have used Enterprise a few times. This time was not the greatest. The credit card reader was not working correctly, I was given the wrong car, and after calling to complain, was told someone would get back to me, Fri or Sat, but.... took until Monday afternoon. While everything was taken care of, took work on my part. So I don't harbor wonderful feelings towards Enterprise yet.

We use Enterprise both at MCO and other locations, and find the staff on the Enterprise desk usually helpful and effective. The self serve Kiosk is also handy, and can save a lot of time. Be aware there are NO Enterprise staff on duty from late in the day till 6 AM. The next door Alamo (sister company) staff will help you, but it can be confusing the first time it happens. Enterprise is very price competitive, with good choices and the cars have always been in excellent condition for us. Give them a look.

My family and i only uses enterprise for our car rentals. The service that we were provided at MCO from Mr. Keith England was rude, discourteous, impolite, offensive, boorish, foul, uncouth and straight out disrespectful. Never in our wildest dream did we expect to be treated in this manner especially on our vacation. This was our first time in Orlando and Keith England definitely left a sour taste in our mouths.
