Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a nice easy rental with Enterprise and even got an upgraded car. Pay close attention when they ask about insurance if you don't want any.

I was pleasantly suppressed at how easy and effect Enterprize was. The car was clean and ready to go I don't think I waited more then 5 minutes and I was on my way wow.

Everything as per name. Reliable and dependable where everyone else fails. The pickup was smooth , I was upgraded after there was some initial problem with other car that I booked. The overall process was easy with returns too and I was on my way to airport departure in 2-3 mins .. Would really recommend to friends and family.

Not a happy camper with MCO Enterprise and most likely will not rent from them again. Reserved a 'premium' car via Costco, which indicated a 300 (or similar) type vehicle which could accommodate 4 suitcases. First problem is this location does not provide the ability to go directly to your car even after joining their "Plus" membership. Basically even though you provided a credit card and pertinent data one must always stop at the counter. (Come on, at least join the 90's!) Next we were provided a Nissan instead and told it was in the same premium category. If it is then there's a huge problem as the trunk could only hold two suitcases and one carry on bag. The people in the back seat had to sit with suitcases between them. Oh, but they were more than happy to "offer" us a deal to move up to a Tahoe that would have been close to $600 for the week. Already sent a email to Costco as they are pretty good with getting resolutions for their customers!

Everything was really smooth at pickup. The car was very clean and they were very friendly. The only suggestion I would have is a little easier way to get to the terminal after drop off. More signage or something.

I went down to Flordia on vacation and the people working at enterprise made my time so much easier. I was out the door with a car in 5 minutes and I didn't have a reservation. The cost was actually half of another car rental place I was looking into before choosing enterprise. I will always go back to enterprise they really did save me a lot of hassle and time. I highly recommend this company even if the other car rental places claim to be cheaper because enterprise does it right and there are no unexpected fees.

Excellent service and professional and courteous staff at the MCO location. Had to wait a little during the pick up process but wasn't too bad; returing the vehicle was a breeze. I always rent from Enterprise back in NY so I expected no less than what I'm used to, but this exceeded my expectations.

Exceptional service. I was in and out in no time. Returning the vehicle was also flawless. The vehicle I got was almost brand new with only 80 miles on the odometer. ! would highly recommend!

As always. Quick, friendly and professional service. Got my vehicle in 3-4 minutes. Returning it the next week was 1-2 minutes with literally a team of people streamlining their check-in process. Vehicle was clean as always.

I had an excellent rental experience with Enterprise MCO! The van was clean and worked out superbly for our vacation. The recommendation to use Fuel Service Option ($1.79/gal) instead of local gas stations ($1.91+) was spot-on! The staff was great at all points of the rental. Definitely will choose Enterprise again!

Excellent service at Enterprise MCO location during my experience in Orlando. I must say Enterprise fleet is number one in my book. The car was nice and clean , run well for the 3 weeks I rent the car. I recommend Enterprise to all my friends because of customer service and great fleet. My number one choice in car rentals

My transaction with Enterprise Orlando airport location has been without a doubt my best rental car experience to date. I have rented from many other companies over the years and in the past when I have traveled to Orlando I would use an off airport company because it was a few bucks cheaper. On this trip I was in a bit of a time crunch so I read the great reviews about Enterprise location at the airport and figured I would give them a try.

Well my experience was EXCEPTIONAL! To start it all off, Enterprise was the only rental car company that did not have a long line of people waiting to be serviced. Upon arriving at the sales counter, I was kindly greeted by Marcus where he very quickly processed my reservation. After just a short walk out to the out to the parking garage, I was kindly greeted by Kyle who very generously upgraded my vehicle class for free because they were sold out of the basic car I had made reservation for online.

So in no time at all I was out of the airport with complete satisfaction in Enterprise's services. Marcus and Kyle were very prepared in their service and had a wonderful attitude! I will definitely be using Enterprise again in the future.

Normally I have excellent experience with Enterprise. However, on my last experience my wife left a Kindle in the vehicle. Their response to the left Kindle has been disappointing. If you do use them, make sure you double check for everything before you leave the vehicle

But if you rent form any airport "We'll Pick You

up" Not true !! There fees for dropping off the

car somewhere else are outrageous. They have gone from free, to over $100.00 a drop off. This needs to Change or we will be moving on to a more reasonable rental Co. We have rented from Enterprise for many years. We hope they make the needed changes.

Rented a Chevy Volt during a business trip just because I was considering buying one for myself. Thought it would be nice to live with it for a week instead of a quick test drive at the dealership. I asked the friendly young lady if a charger was with the car and she said no but that it should be ready to go. I turned on the car and the battery range showed 0 miles left. Of course the gas engine recharges the battery and the fuel tank was full but what is the point of renting an "electric" car if the battery is depleted and the gas engine is used? I took the car anyway and 2 days later, I find the 110 volt charger in the trunk and plug the car in at the hotel. Got the battery charged up to about 16 miles of range and put $1.50 in gas when I was returning the car. When I returned the car, the gentleman checking me out turned on the ignition and saw a range of 16 miles and said "Did you forget to refuel the car?" I showed him that the fuel tank was full and told him that I was giving it back with more range than when I received it. We chuckled and he gave me my receipt. So...I liked the people, somewhat liked the car but I won't be buying one now. But, I think its wrong to rent out an extended range electric vehicle not fully charged and fueled and not know that there is a charger in the vehicle that can be used to recharge it overnight.

This trip was for work. I was able to pick up my car quickly and drive to to my hotel in minutes. The car was clean and ready. Once my trip was finished I was able to return it just as quickly. The staff was nice and friendly. I would use them again in a heart beat.

The personal service provided by the associate who walked us to our vehicle and presented us with all the vehicle options available in the parking lot was exceptional. The review of the features of the vehicle was helpful. The process was very smooth. The availability of valets when returning -having luggage carts available was also a bonus.
