Enterprise Rent-A-Car

It was a great experience for the second year in a row. The sales rep was extremely nice, helpful and friendly. The car was in excellent condition, it was fully equipped and fun to use.

Pick up was swift, check in even smoother. I travel lots for business and the only thing I can say negative is that I am used to driving something a little more luxurious my fault not theirs I booked a full size car not knowing there were bad full size cars. Now for Future rentals i know and i will continue to do business with Enterprise never a appointment.

We received an excellent service. Originally I booked a standard SUV, but when I saw the vehicle, it turned out to be small in order to fit our luggage. So I asked the Enterprise person to show me the next level vehicles and without any issue, he showed me the next level cars from which I picked my rental vehicle. As expected, the service was excellent and friendly and these are the reasons why I always pick Enterprise on top of all other brands.

Very quick and accommodating. I missed the terminal counter and walked straight to the parking garage office by mistake. No problem they said and even upgraded me from the f/s car I had reserved to a Chevy Equinox SUV at no charge. Return was smooth also. It all worked out great. Highly recommend.

I have used ENTERPRISE for my local (job related) rentals. I was so pleased with my local ENTERPRISE office that I mostly use them for all my car rentals. At this most recent rental, I got a good package deal and (at my companion's request) the car delivery folks net out of their way to find one for us. My companion was visiting her brother in town while I got the car and your people said she had to be there in person to put her name on the rental agreement (even though your Orlando A/P office did it on a past rental). . . your people said we could make the addition at our destination, Ocala. The Ocala office was unable to make changes to the rental agreement from Orlando through the computer in their office.

We had an exceptional experience with our rental on our last trip to Florida. We had a problem with our first rental and they quickly rectified the problem and compensated us very fairly. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Check in and return went smoothly. I love that my wife can drive with no added charge. Great company!!!

Enterprise is always the best choice for me. I went on Priceline for my prior rental and the company they placed me with would not let me out of the airport until they upsold me on another car and was almost forceful wanting me to buy the collision damage waiver. Enterprise never does that to me. I feel comfortable with using them all the time. The Chrysler 200 was nicer than I thought it would be. The drop off at another location was just as easy as the Orlando location. I will not stray from Enterprise again !

Great experience! As always. This time we were able to rent a Chrysler 200 and it was in great condition and we enjoyed using it. We normally rent one of the Dodge Chargers which becomes one of the many highlights of our stay in Orlando. Again fast check in, no issues with the vehicle and quick return. What more could you ask for. By the way the price was in line with all other rental companies……

Everyone was very helpful. We were traveling with two cats in carriers, so the least amount of hassle was appreciated. Tarvis was very helpful helping us select our vehicle and giving us directions to I-95.No shuttle bus, their cars are right across from the MCO terminal We dropped of our car in Vero Beach(close to our winter home). That was a major reason for us to use enterprise

Rented a 2014 Sonata with 34,000 miles on it, but honestly it looked like it had just come off the dealer's floor! Somehow, on the last day before turning the vehicle in, I had to have my roadside assist come and jump start the battery. I had not left the headlights on, which I use day and night ... so it's a mystery to me. Had I not had my own roadside assist through USAA, and I didn't have Enterprise's roadside package, I would have had to pay Enterprise $75 for a jump start. I didn't miss my flight, and the Enterprise check-in guy made me whole with a $20 credit. I continue to be satisfied with Enterprise when I need a rental vehicle.

Terrible experience with the Orlando Enterprise.

I plan to never use them again.



During check in the attendent after checking the gas and mileage, gave me back the keys with the receipt. Honest mistake. After going through security, I discovered the mistake and called the local office. I was told if I did not return the key that day, I would be charged $225.00 lost key fee. When I asked to speak to a manager, she hung up on me. SInce I was TSA Pre-Screen, I rushed through the airport and returned the key. I made it back 5 mins prior to boarding. My request to mail back was denied. Their mistake and I was made to pay for it.

Awesome rental car establishment! They didn't have the make/model car in stock so instead of downgrading and giving me a cheaper car (which has happened in past with other companies), they upgraded me for FREE!!! It made our vacation and saved us parking fees because we were able to accommodate more people going to the parks!!! Thank you Enteprise!
