City Garage Transmissions and Auto Repair

Our minivan broke down while in Orlando on the way to Universal. We just happened to call the right place. Being from out of town I thought I was in for a huge problem. When we told Chris that we were on our way to Universal he offered to have someone come get us right away. They came out and picked us up gave us a ride to the park. Towed our car to the shop. Fixed what turned out to be a bad alternator, serviced the brakes and came back to pick us up when we were done. Couldn't have been a better experience. I doubt we would have been treated the same anywhere else. Everyone I have told about this can't believe it!

I would describe this place as very courteous, they had reasonable prices, and they put forth the extra effort. They provided excellent service

Chris is very professional and goes out of his way for his customers. Picked up the vehichle and took it to his shop.Also picked up my wife when the repair was complete.The work was completed at the estimated price and was done on time.My kudos to Chris and his staff.I would recommend this reapir shop to anyoneneeding repairs.THANK YOU CHRIS

This guy is a CROOK! He will ROB YOU BLIND $4000.00 later and he never fixed anything...The check Engine light was on "He fixed it By Taking the Bulb out of it! Not to mention he stated I had a Air Filter Issue and I needed a part replaced. He charged me for the part but never put it in! Got my Van back and it ended up costing me $1000.00 for what he charged me $4000.00 to fix! Needless to say he stated I got no proof and get over it~ BE WARE OF THIS BUSINESS! In the process of filing a Law Suit Against Him!

i recently just moved here...car broke down so i saw a add for free towing & it reeled me in but REMEMBER...NOTHING IN LIFE IS FREE....so after getting there,waited 4 hours,they tell me nothing major is wrong with my car....but yet,they gave me a price of 813 bucks for nothing major....but this is the funny part,the parts were 200 bucks but the labor was 700...WTF? & that was with a "20% discount"....the only good thing about this place is that they will give you a ride home....free of charge,but everything else is a mirage...even another mechanic told me to leave cause i was being ripped off....DAng Freakers

The owner of City Garage is Chris shuler.This guy is not a nice person.He keeps changing the name of his business, but he can never hide from his shady practices. I did a research on hin, and he has a track of bad and awfull practices from ripping of people, charging them for parts and labour which were never done. This guy has the audacity to paint parts on cars and charge customers for them. I don't know why this guy is not in jail. He did the same thing when he owned Dealer direct Trans and Automotive, and changed the name to City Garage. I am a former employee of Dealer Direct. Chris Shuler is the owner of Dealer Direct and is known for ripping people off. Exposed twice in one week by Channel 9. He now owns City Garage located at this address. Don't be fooled by this fat bald scum bag.... BUYER BEAWARE!!!!!.... Stay away from CITY GARAGE! Unless you love being robbed....
