Linell promised good service for my transport from Tx to Fl. I was skeptical but he delivered. Would work with them again next time. I have had some bad transport experiences in the past and I gave Linell a bit of a hard time, but he didn't let me down, nor did the driver.

Very good service coordinating our difficult group and great follow up and contact. Sheila was very thorough in following up with a group of professionals who obviously had a lot of other things going on with the coordination.

My son is in the military and needed his car shipped to him in North Carolina from Washington. I called many company's and was not really sure which one would be reliable but after reading many reviews about this company and talking with Kathy I felt the car would be in good hands. Everything went exactly how I was told it would. I was very happy and would use this company again in the future

I was fraughted before once when I went with the cheapest quote out there. Thanks goodness I cancelled the service and decided to look for another company. I found Car Carrier Network ranked #1, so I went with this company. I gotta tell you. I have no regret. The service was great, always on time. My car was shipped as it was estimated at first hand and the price was reasonable. Overall, great experience. Would definitely use it again and highly recommended for anyone. Remember, don't go with cheap companies. They will take your deposit and the cheapest price is not realistic.

Could not have gone smoother. Holly monitored the rates and let me know when we needed to adjust, although she ended up getting a great carrier for very close to the initial estimate. The driver was great and kept in touch, as did Holly. I had neighbors who had a nightmare experience with another company, but this was a bright spot in an otherwise challenging move!

After having a horrible experience in attempting to have my car shipped by another company (stay away from Your Choice Auto Transport!!!), ELizabeth took my call and had my car on a truck headed cross country in only 3 days. She kept me informed every step of the way and was always very pleasant and professional throughout the entire process.

Casi let me know when the order had been picked up, again when they were in route, and then followed up to make sure I got the vehicles. What a pleasant experience. At the outset, I really didn't know what to expect. However, Everything went well. I was initially promised a 7-10 day shipment from Baltimore to Los Angeles. The pickup occurred exactly at 8:00 AM last Monday & was delivered this afternoon (Saturday). On both ends, the drivers gave us timely updates. Car Carrier Network was outstanding.

They did a good job moving my car. The staff was polite and always tried to be helpful. The driver was professional and gave me calls to update me as the the status of my car. They had a minor breakdown but they called me right away and gave me enough information so I could make plans. The sales representative was knowledgeable and gave me confidence. The car that I had moved was brand new, I was nervous that it might be damaged en route. It was delivered in the same condition in which it was loaded. At the company, Carmen does a great job managing the accounts and my contract. When the truck had maintenance issues she is was my person of contact at the company. She did a good job of getting me information and always called back. The price was also better than most if the other quotes I received online. It was a bit priceier than a few of the brokers, but it's worth the few extra to not go with a broker. It allows for a degree of control.I. On time. Good customer service. Plan on using again for my other car and boat. Truck was delivered right when they said it would be. I am getting a qoute to ship my boat and car at the same time from Florida to California.

This was my first time using a shipping company, so I was a little nervous. My luck was good with this company. I would definitely use them again or recommend this company to others.



My vehichle (Honda Accord) was shipped on 7/15/11 without damage from VA to WA in about 5 days. The weather was good. I wouldn't expect this during snow season. The truck was an open carrier type. I made the reservation about 2 weeks ahead of time. The person taking the reservation was very informative about the process and service. I thought the price ($942) for shipping my vehicle across the country was fair. A small deposit was made and the rest was due upon delivery.



The drivers (2) were nice and on time. The good thing is that the driver is willing to pick up the vehicle at your house. The bad thing is that these trucks are often so big that you would have to meet up at a more accessible location nearby. So unless you live next to a major road, plan on meeting up with the driver somewhere. The dispatcher did warn me about that, so I was prepared for it.



I chose this company based upon the amount of business the company does annually, the drivers are employed by the company and other positive reviews. It turned out to be a good decision. The other reviewers on this site helped me in making my decision, so I feel obligated to contribute to the site/others.

I was completely surprised that the transport of the car went off without a hitch! after reading so many horror stories about trucks not showing up, rude drivers, damaged cars, et c, i was expecting the worst. instead, the car was picked up in new york on time, the email and phone communications with car carrier network were timely and complete, and on the very day before the car was scheduled to be delivered to me in utah, the trucker called and said he would be on time, and then asked exactly where and when i would like the car to be delivered. i changed it up on him and asked him to meet me at the auto dealer, he said no problem. the next day, he was there and on time. no damages to the car (other than what had been done to it before pick up by the unspeakably nasty and ferret faced ex spouse) and i would have no hesitancy to recommend this transportation service to others nor to use it again myself. brandon bond took my transport order, he was polite and very competent and knowledgeable of the booking process, he explained all the steps to me, was very clear once the process was begun, and maintained contact with me via email and phone. the driver was clean and polite, well spoken, not what i was expecting at all. a very very good experience. no negative aspects. thank you very much for restoring my faith in mankind.

Kathy helped me ship 2 cars to Hawaii. She was personable, knowledgeable, responsive, and accurate. For this shipping order, Kathy was able to locate a driver for the day after I confirmed, and my car arrived safe and sound in the time promised.

A sudden change in our schedule forced us to ship our vehicle much earlier than expected. Called Car Carrier Network with a request to transport the vehicle from Colorado to Massachusetts with a pick-up within 48 hours of the call. We were skeptical at best, but they came thru with a carrier, price ($1000) and timeline that met our expectations. The pick-up was easy. They come to your house, inspect the car, and load it on the carrier. The vehicle was actually delivered 2 days ahead of schedule, in the same condition as when it left Colorado. During the entire process, we were continuously updated on the progress of our order by the account representative, Kristaan, and thru email messages. The entire process with the Car Carrier Network was very professional, courteous and friendly. They exceeded our expectations.

Absoutely perfect transcation from the first phone call to Car Carrier Network (Kathy was awesome), to the confirmation emails, to the pickup precisely on time, to the courtesy and professionalism of the truck driver, to the delivery exactly on time. Car Carrier Network surely earns every one of their 5 stars!

The Car Carrier Network is awesome. Excellent Customer service. We needed to ship short notice and within five days of calling the truck was here to pick up our vehicle. Very courteous and even gave an unexpected follow up. We will ship with them every time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quick and Efficient. No problems. Car was tested to make sure it was safe for the journey and made it on time to the East Coast, despite a thunder storm. I am glad I went with such an amazing company and I would definitely do it with them again if I have to.
