This was my first time at using a transporter service. Other "snow birds" in my area use the transporters every year going mainly up the east coast to New England. The driver that took my car was based outside of Chicago so they were on their way home. The handlers were very detailed and exact about putting the car on the carrier. All hydraulic lifts and bed extensions were checked and double checked. The trailer had to travel through some rough, stormy weather with flooding and hail in the vicinity. The car arrived undamaged. It was switched on to a single car carrier at some time before the final delivery. Telephone calls were made to the parties involved 20 minutes before delivery. Car Carrier Network checked to see if I was satisfied with shipping and I was. Kimberly and the others that answer the telephones were always professional and would return calls when requested. They have the connections to get the job done.

I placed an order with Car Carrier Network to move my vehicle from South Carolina to Montana after another company held a deposit on moving the vehicle for weeks without getting it transported. Within a week after contacting Car Carrier Network, they had located a transporter for my vehicle. It was promptly picked up and even delivered a day earlier than projected. I was very pleased with all aspects of the service, including the price, which I found to be very reasonable.

I appreciate the service provided by Car Carrier Network and the driver that selected the job, Troy. I was kept in the loop and was able to communicate (when necessary) directly with the driver to ensure the service would be completed. Car Carrier Network followed up with the driver when necessary and was very open about the process. No pressure, no hard sales. Well done.

I shipped my Mazda with Car Carrier Network last week. The service was great, and the quote was very fair. I would definitely use their service again. I was always able to call for an update on when my car would arrive, and it actually got there a day earlier than expected.

It was my second time to use Car Carrier Network for the transportation of my car.

In overall, I am totally satisfied with the service of the company. First of all, the price for the transportation was very reasonable. In fact, compared to other company, the price was the cheapest one!

I used pick up date guaranty service. The pick up date was on time and the driver was very nice and he gave me estimate time for delivery. The delivery time was also on time and my car didn't have any damage or problem during the delivery process.

If I have another need for the transportation of my car, I will definitely use Car Carrier Network again. They even picked the vehicle up during the weekend while our service Dept was still open.

They were amazing! They picked up my car 1 day after my earliest convenience and then they dropped the car off right when I asked them to. Since I live in an apartment the driver drove my car straight to my apartment and parked his big truck maybe 2 minutes away. He was so friendly and nice!!!!!!! HIGHLY recommend this service! They were fast and prompt, and has personality!!!!

From the time I contacted them after I liked their pricing. They asked when is the soonest they can pick up my vehicle and I said now or by Sept 1st. They had my Envoy on a truck the next day. Great communication, on time and vehicle was not damaged at all. The driver was very friendly and polite. I would use them again in a heart beat. They really were up front and honest on the price.

Good service, on time pick up and delivery. Company contact person was available to answer questions and help me to pick up my car in only 3 days.

The Aveo auto transport team was very cooperative from the beginning. I had to move my car from Kissimmee, Florida to Columbus,Ohio.
