The dispatchers-Chris and Nick were great. The driver, Dimitry was professional and delivered my vintage truck in perfect condition. Only issue was it took 3 weeks. I was in no hurry but once Dimitry picks it up you will never hear from him, until the call for drop off. Since the estimate was a week to 10 days, I waited until 2 weeks out before I started calling. So just know Dimitry is good, trust him, expect no call and you will be fine.

Chris, Nick and my carrier were exceptional. I would definitely use them again!

I had a very positive experience with Car Carrier Network shipping my two cars from Chicago to Los Angeles. The price was reasonable and I had the driver's cell phone number in case I needed to get in touch with him directly. My cars were delivered on schedule with no delay.

I previously worked for Car Carrier Network and I have to say that I certainly miss it. It's a great feeling that you get when you know you're actually helping people, and are surrounded by people doing the same thing! I recently left the company due to relocation and I don't think I'll find anything else like it. Had been given the run around by 2 companies when I was given Car Carriers phone # by a friend. I had 3 days until my house was going to close & my car had to be moved. I spoke with Nick & he told me he would handle it. Needless to say, I was skeptical. He had my car picked up in 2 days & delivered in 3. Nick is great. He says that they treat people like they would want to be treated if they were customers & that's what they did. This company is great

During my assessment of the vehicle transport services I checked the first 3 companies and comments, and requested a quote of each one of them. Then I selected Car Carrier Network because was the best quote and had the most reviews. After that, I called my assigned consultant Alex who in a very professional and friendly manner answers all my questions and concerns, then decided to accept their quote and provided the credit card info for the booking. I was extremely surprised that after only a few hours she got a carrier that would take my car in the next couple days and we were able to made all necessary arrangements. The day after the carrier driver called me and after that all communications were done directly with the Carrier.

The day after I accepted the bid Alex called me and said they would pick up the vehicle the next day and deliver it to me two days after pickup. I was pleasantly surprised. Alex is very professional and works hard for you. Thanks Alex

We researched a lot of companies when we needed to ship our car and after our communication with some of them, we are very satisfied with our choice to go with Car Carrier. In most of my business experience you expect to pay more for the security and satisfaction that comes with a highly rated company. But it was gratifying to know that, in addition to a high satisfaction rate, they were also one of the most competitively priced. Overall we had a good experience and would ship with this company again. It was surprising to me how many really bad shipping companies are out there, when dealing with something as important as your car, it's not worth the risk to go with a lesser known company.

Sue was very pleasant to work with, unlike some of the brokers, Sue will give you her cell phone number to personally contact her. She was easy to get a hold of. I did however find cheaper prices through other brokers, but Car Carrier Network was the first to have a carrier to pick up my car so I went with them. My car arrived in good shape; the driver was also nice to work with. No real complaints, although I wish it had been a just little less money.

My request for quotes was promptly answered by Tim. He explained much about the process of shipping my vehicle that I didn't previously know, was clear about what the charges were and to whom they were paid, and what I could expect during the pick-up and delivery of my car. The city I was coming from is away from the major transportation routes, yet I was contacted by a carrier within five days of my stated first pick-up date, and the driver was specific about when he would arrive at my home. Although I had already left Michigan, a good friend had agreed to dispatch my car; he said the driver was courteous and respectful in the handling of my vehicle. Pick-up was late Friday afternoon. The driver called me to tell me of the expected arrival time at my new home, offering two dates: Tuesday or Wednesday. Although I would have liked the driver to contact me on Monday or Tuesday to firm up delivery, he did answer his cell phone promptly when I called him, and then kept in touch, confirming Wednesday morning. On Wednesday, he called to tell me he was '15 minutes away.' When he didn't call within 15 minutes, I called him; he said he was experiencing some mechanical difficulties and delivery would be delayed. (At this point, I felt he could have stopped, I'd have met him where he was to pick up the car, and he could have then proceeded to have his truck repaired. Instead, he first had the difficulties repaired.) My car was delivered Wednesday, but late in the afternoon. Although my Wednesday schedule was restricted in the wait for delivery, I was able to work around the delay, and was happy to have my car. I am overall pleased with the experience of using Car Carrier Network and would recommend them to anyone needing a car shipped.

My thanks go out to Mr. Desind for living up to his word and having my car picked up on the date requested. It was on short notice but the truck was sent out exactly as I requested. I am very thankful for all your work on this and hope to use your company again on the return transit. Thanks for making me a believer.

this was my second time using your company and I can say that I am still just as satisfied as i was the first time. This time, we shipped my sones car back from school and timings as everything. Luckily, the staff was always willing and able to accommodate our every need. No complaints whatsoever and great customer service once again.

I would strongly recommend Car Carrier Network to others who are in need of using auto shipping. They were on time, respectful and very friendly. I just had a good vide from them when we spoke on the phone overtime. Because of this, I would like to spread my experience with them. I give them 5 Stars.

A very responsive service from Car Carrier Network. My job caused me to need relocating and so i started looking for a company. I received over 30 different quotes but Car Carrier Network stood out the most. I liked their information and quick responses. I would use them again in the future.

Transport went well. Pick up had very little notice. Delivery coordination was very good and very accurate time of delivery. Extra cost to expedite pick up caused some confusion on origin end of transport but overall the process went well.

The communication was great. Once the vehicle was picked up it got delivered very promptly. The vehicle got picked up on day 12 from order date. It cost about 100 more dollars than originally quoted but not too bad.

I contacted the company to begin with because of their high customer rating on the internet and because I had a poor experiences with other transporters on the last couple cars I had shipped. I have had a least 10 cars shipped in the last couple years and by far this company has been the best overall shipping experience I have had. They had a very reasonable quote, quick pickup and delivery and kept me informed during all stages of the transport.

I had a very tight schedule because of my work. I choose an expedited rate to ensure my schedule. Everyone I spoke with from start to finish was extremely friendly and eager to assist me. I would defiantly use them again and highly recommend anyone who needs to move a vehicle to call Car Carrier network. They did exactly what was asked of them. Driver was prompt and good to work with he even waited for 30 minutes for me to meet him on delivery. A very good experience. Thanks Again Will always work with this company in the future!!!

I was very pleased with the service I received with car carrier network. The pick-up and delivery was 2-days earlier than expected. That was great for a 51 year old man waiting on his High School car to be delivered. The car arrived in great shape with the exception of a little tranny fluid on the hood from another car. The truck driver was very professional and punctual. He told me 8:30 A.M. and he pulled up in front of my house at exactly 8:30. So yes I say this is the way to Go. My truck drivers name was Misha. He should be commended for his excellent service. It was worth every dime I paid to have my car delivered.
