Dr. Marshall and his staff are great! I took my cat in for a nail trim. She gets wildly out of control at the vet, but a sweetheart otherwise. Dr. Marshall and Bianca were able to get all 4 paws done with minimal effort, unlike a previous vet that had me sedate my cat with valium with horrible results. I could tell that Dr. Marshall truley cares about the animals he cares for. He exudes a kind, caring spirit. Even before I took my cat in he spoke with me on the phone about the possibility of my cat having a fungal infection. How many vets do you know that care enough to do this so as not to traumatize my cat further by submitting her to an exam or sedating her with gas and having to charge me extra for it? The search is over, I have found MY vet.

I have taken my fur kids to Cherokee Hills for over 25 years. We loving refer to Dr. Marshall as Dr. Bob at home. He has provided excellent care to my many pets over the years. His skill as he treats my animals, his compassion for their well being and my understanding of their health care makes him my only choice. I have and can, without reservation, recommend Cherokee Hills.

We've been with Cherokee Hills Veterinary Hospital for about 14 years. Dr. Naranche and Dr. Marshall have always been so gracious. The hospitality of their staff is always second to none. These wonderful people have welcomed our extended family (pets), old and new. They've helped us raise several puppies into wonderful adult pets throughout these 14 years. They've cried with us as we ushered several beloved family members to that wonderful Rainbow Bridge. Even if we just had a question, we can call and know that someone will be there to help us. After an illness or surgery, Dr. Marshall. himself, or one of his staff will call the next day to make sure our family member is doing ok and that there are no complications. There never have been. We welcome Dr. Mary Kay to their staff and are looking forward to her care. Dr. Bob is like family and we love him and his staff dearly. I cant' say enough good things about Cherokee Hills Veterinary Hospital.

I am so impressed with Cherokee Hills and Dr. Marshall! I wasn't sure where to go and had seen a couple very nice reviews online. I took my new puppy to see him for a general checkup and he spent 45 minutes with us just talking, answering questions and looking her over. The staff was so welcoming and sweet. I wasn't charged an arm and a leg, either. I didn't feel rushed through. He truly cares about his work and I didn't feel like I was just another patron at a local business. We have definitely found a vet for life! She absolutely loved him as well.

The one thing (of many) I have always loved about Cherokee Hills Veternarian Hospital is that when I take my pet in, Dr. Marshall and his staff treat my pet(s) like they were their pet(s). Talking and petting my animals, giving them treats, like they were one of their own means the world to me as my animals are my babies. I know it calms them down when I have to take them in and it makes for a better visit for my pets and for me. And of course the excellent care they receive from Dr. Marshall and staff. Highly recommend!!
