Beau ' Pet Grooming

I've had a good experience taking my Havanese to Beau Too for 3+ years. Tabitha has the patience to groom Gracie, even though she's a "wild child" about touching her feet and face. On top of that, Gracie has separation anxiety when I hand her to anyone else. But they handle her with care during grooming, and she looks cute when I pick her up. Their prices are reasonable, and they get her finished quickly. You can tell they love animals.

My doodles love coming here they always come back smelling so clean. Staff and owners very sweet love coming in they treat us like family!

I have been bringing dog and cats here for the last 15 years. I have had no issues and have been happy with the pricing and services received. I recommend them to friends and family often.

Yeah, we took our dogs there for awhile and really liked the service before. But lately, we haven't liked the service there now. We had too many problems dealing with the people who work there. For instance, my husband was paying in cash to the one of the ladies there and she gave him a bunch of 1 dollar bills and didn't count his change back to him. So, my husband was suspiscous so he count it and was short about $10 dollars. Can you believe that? She tried to play it off and was in a hurry to leave.

Also another incident, was when I went in to pay for my dogs. And we usually pay $60 for both dogs, but she charged me $85 dollars! They added the flea shampoo fee on top of the dog wash. Well we decided to never go back there cause of there dishonesty and poor customer service.

I took my pups here for the first time, today. The staff is really nice and treat the dogs really nice, like they were their own. When I went back to get them, they were fluffy and happy and very clean. I WILL go back.

I have been taking my dogs here for years. The staff is kind. My dogs LOVE it there and actually go to the employees when I bring them in the door. They will treat you fairly on prices and your pets will come back looking great. I took my dogs to larger pet store chains on a few occasions and was not nearly as pleased with the people or the haircuts. So, yes, I would recommend them to my friends- and I have.

I love everything about Beau Too. Went somewhere across the street and they said they would never have my dog back. So Thought I would give Beau Too a chance. They said my dog was very nice, First came across as shy but quickly warmed up to them! They gave my dog a cute bows and she smelled so good. Will come back every 2 weeks!!

I brought my dogs for an inital grooming and then set up follow up bath and brush. They originally quoted me about $15 less than what they actually charged - not a nice surprise. The dogs smelled clean and looked ok but definitely did not follow the instructions from the beginning. Once I started on the 2 week visits I was told what a pain my dog is to care for. I know he can be a handful but unless you are refusing to handle him complaining just makes me uncomfortable. I would go to them again - with just WAY LOWER EXPECTATIONS!!!

Poor people, dog and grooming skills.

If you love your animals, take them somewhere else. You and they will be glad you did.

I have been taking my animals to Beau's for years now. I would never trust my pets to anyone else. I have recommended them to friends and strangers and have heard nothing but positive results.

Dogs and owners alike are abused at Beau''s Pet Grooming. My dogs were held captive for 8 hours and came out traumatized. I was willing to pay any amount to rescue my dogs and thus was overcharged. The staff threatened to "put (my dogs) down" because they were "so mean". My dogs are extremely friendly, have never bitten anyone and meet everyone with a wag of the tail and a greeting and licks if they can get to you. The thought of my dogs as being mean is absolutely rediculous. They were, however, mistreated in the grooming, and were scared when they got home. I guess there really is no training or kindness requirement in dog grooming. Too bad. You really would not find sweeter dogs than mine. I will not return to Beau's because I do not want that sweetness scared out of them. Shame on you, groomers!

I have been a customer there for years. I have never had a problem with my dogs. As far as the staff they are always groomed and very nice. They are always good to my dogs. My dogs have never came back to me dirty either.

I have taken dogs and cats there and have been very happy. The were willing to take my very difficult cat not just once but again. I wont say he was a work of art, but, when I took him to the vet, and they had to knock him out it cost me over 2 hundred dollars. I believe they are nice to the animals, mine are not upset when I pick them up , and I feel they do a good job, for a good price.

This place was recommended to me price was good but service real poor my dog came back with some bald spots and everything was completely uneven i had to take her some place else just to get it fixed there employees people skills was poor if you love your dog at all you would not take them there ever i hope this place gets shut down or atleast get someone in there that knows what there doing
