I went through the National Coin Broker based off some of the great reviews I read about the customer service Ross provides. It was definitely an easy and smooth transaction. I looked up the website and being new at this I had some questions. I emailed Ross and he responded very quickly. When I was getting my 3 silver coins ready to ship, I wanted to make sure I had everything and was able to connect with him through the live customer support link they have on their website. It was extremely convenient and Ross responded giving me his phone number to call right then. Wow!! That was extremely helpful....side note to that, it was about 9:30pm EST and I am on MST time. I felt bad for bothering him so late but Ross was extremely helpful and asked what coins I was looking to sell. I told him and he gave me an estimate right on the spot. I sent the coins and received the check two days after they received them.

I had some Morgan silver dollars to sell so I contacted all the local buyers only to find out they wanted to rip me off. I contacted a coin broker re the sale of an encased $3 coin. I talked to Ross within 5 minutes of leaving a message. I was a little nervous as my knowledge of gold was a newbe for me.............Anyway, by chance Ross & Jim were at the Orlando Coin Show running at the Orlando Covention Center about 15 Minutes from my home in Davenport FL. I requested that I come over & they assured me that they would do what they could. I also had a gold 18k gold chain that I said I had in my jewelry drawer (never did like). I met them both and was immediately impressed with their ease and knnowledge of my items. As it turned out my$3 encased coin was not worth much as I had cleaned it and it was a jewelry item. WOW..........What a GREAT experience..........I found National Coin Brokers online and sent an email to Mr. Ross Baldwin regarding the coins I had for sale. Almost immediately, I got a response asking me to call him. It was like talking to a very dear friend. He answered all my questions and explained the process. Very professional....All the information the told me was FACT!!! I received my check from him the very next week.............Can't say enough GOOD things about Mr. Ross.
