Ross makes the proccess of selling coins thru the mail easy. He returns calls promptly and is always easy to get In touch with. He sent me a prepaid label and I sent him the coins. He kept in contact with me thru the process and made me feel very at ease about my valuables being in trustworthy hands. once he recieved the coins he called me and we worked out a deal I was happy with in about five minutes. Ross wired the money directly to my checking account in a timely manner and kept in good contact with me while the wire was pending.. it can be a worrisome process when you mail your valuables to a person you have never met but, ross made me feel at ease from start to finish and gave me a much better price for my collection than any of the other coin dealers I had shown it to.
